Horrible they messed up my very large order . I had to drive back for them to fix it waited in the lobby for 15 minutes before another person came in and started yelling we need assistance out here these people have been standing here for 15 minutes finally someone came to the counter and helped us what a horrible place will never go there again and the price is crazy 100.00 dollars for a small amount of food and horrible service never again ?

$5 for a single Gordita crunch and it's just slapped together, as the same with my soft shell tacos. I had 1 car in front of me so I'm unsure what the rush was. Its my fault for going to taco bell honestly.

Horrible costumer service manager doesn't know how to handle upset costumers at all shouldn't be a manager at all crew members telling us not to call back even though they messed up my order hope the gm will do something about this or I'll be going to corporate about it. Will never go back to this location again. We'll waited over a week for the general manager to do something about what happened and all I got was I'll call you back never did so they don't care about the costumers at all wouldn't recommend going to this location to anyone until they get new management that know how to do there jobs that know how to be a manager and care about the costumers and there complaints and food and rudness of other managers..

Worked there for six months. District Manager didn't care if the whole building had burnt down,they still want the location open. They are only a half step below ambulance chaser lawyers and landlords.
Sometimes its a little slow but from what i see they do sometimes make up for being slow.

I had Britany a little while ago I think last Sunday, HANDS DOWNN this has got to be one of your best employees! She was great and I loved her she is so sweet and so kind she how we spoke some magic words to me that day that have immensely helped with my mental health Thank you Britany

The food was just like any other taco bell, no issue there. But the service is absolutely horrendous. I was in line in the drive through on my lunch break from work. There were two cars ahead of me and only one person inside the store sitting down. Regardless I was stuck in line for over 20 minutes. The cars ahead of me just sitting there waiting for their food. When my turn finally came they handed me my food and shut the window quickly. I noticed neither my hot sauce nor my side of sour cream was in the bag. The workers inside were distracted inside goofing off and laughing amongst themselves. I had to honk my car horn to get one of their attention . The worker then proceeded to hand me an absurd amount of hot sauce packets (like two huge handfuls) . I understand slower service when restaurants are busy but in this case the employees were just goofing off and didn't really seem to care. I'd recommend against visiting this store.

I stopped through drive thru for something quick it was late I have never seen a fast food place take this long I understand about under staffed or being busy but waiting an hour and half in the drive thru was really uncalled for I mean if your that short handed then haven't the decency to walk outside and tell the customers that's ur behind tonight so there's gonna be a little wait I mean id get it if it was lunch time or dinner but really 1130 at night and the staff can't keep up I mean I got patients cause IV done fast food and u get busy but no this was in sane do not recommend coming here by no means
