When I called, they mentioned they brought back taco sticks and a new taco pizza. I went for that but found out they neither of those were available. Still ordered and pizza was fine.

Can't really rate what didn't happen. Tried to call in an order at 8:45 and was met with a mumbling cashier. Started to my order and got hung up on. Don't know if that guy was having a bad day, but dang to hang up on a guest is wild... Hopefully things get better.

Service was good, pizza was ready on time, but I was displeased with the color of the cheese pizza. When I opened the box I thought we had picked up the wrong pizza it was so dark. I like a little toasty on the edges as much as the next person, but this was almost burnt.

I went here last week for the first time. If you’re expecting a sit down place to eat, this really isn’t it. It has a table and some chairs to sit down but doesn’t feel comfortable. The guy that took our order (Dennis) was average, not bad also not amazing, we told him we’ve never been here before and he didn’t say anything about the menu so didn’t know what were good choices to try or specials so we just stuck to the basic, he also had some sport game playing loud in the back so sitting down to eat just wasn’t for me, we just ate in the car instead. The one thing I’ll have to say that was gross he never wash his hands before making our pizza and I watched all the stuff he touch before making it. The pizza was good, I wouldn’t say it was something to talk about. Overall, I can’t see myself coming back. I’ll give it a 3 out of 5

My husband and I tryed to order pizza delivery we live only around a mile away. The man that my husband spoke to asked if it was for pickup or delivery but it wasn't until after my husband gave him the address 3 times in the conversation that he said our system is down. I called then and asked when do you guys stop delivery he said 1:30 am I called before that time so why would he say 1:30 am without telling me we can't deliver. Our system is down. I told him my husband just tryed ordering so he said let me put you through to the direct store. Any ways my husband tryed calling to take care of this matter he was on hold for 8 minutes. We would like to understand what happened and why we weren't able to get our pizza that night.

Pizza was dry and not like the one in Whitewater! I will not be going back. I ordered based on what I remember from ordering in college in UW Whitewater. Save your money.

We used to order from Toppers regularly a few years ago, but stopped due to frequent problems with our orders, delivery, and service. Management changed at one point, we complained and as a result, we were given several gift certificates (paper ones) for free items. But problems persisted so we stopped. I decided to try again today. I called because I knew I couldn't use the GC online. Got hung up on the 1st time, called again and got someone I could barely hear, maybe had a bad connection (not on my end), but they also mumbled so bad it was hard to understand them. Finally communicated my address and order and then I mentioned the certificate. He said he couldn't handle those and sent me to "customer service". I got to someone else who also I could barely hear and mumbled. I said hello a few times then got hung up on. Its a shame because I like their food. But the service is awful and not worth the trouble to try yet again to order, even if I can get free stuff. My certificates say they never expire. Maybe will try again in a few years. Toppers...Do better please.
Ordered the chicken Alfredo and walking taco pizza, the Alfredo pizza was fire. The walking taco pizza they forgot all the toppings. They charged me a delivery fee a 2nd time for the proper pizza which I don't really agree with. Other than that good service.

Delivery was super fast! I'm pretty sure it takes 15 mins for them to get to my house, and that's exactly how long it took for them to process, cook, and deliver my order. Can never go wrong with Toppers anyway.

If you at least remember to pick up yourself, you won't have a bad time. The food is good and is usually ready pretty darn quick. If you order delivery though, good luck. Both times out estimate was way off and our food was disgustingly cold when it showed up. They also forgot our ice cream both times. They did refund us, bit when it's 830 when the pizza finally shows up and it's cold. It's hard for you to find something else that late in Janesville. Just order and pick up. It's not worth the chance.

Tried to order delivery. Person took address then asked me to hold, then told me they were closed… even though I called an hour before they closed. I think they just didn’t want to deliver! 2nd time it’s happened!! Very disappointing
