Interacted with 3 different staff members and they were all extremely rude. Tried to order a dish of whipped cream (done in the past many times at this location). They charged me 25 cents for a dime size ketchup container filled halfway with whipped cream. The lady at the window said "not my problem" just because all of the Staff and their manager larry hate where they are in life doesnt mean they need to take it out on their customers and spread negativity. I hope the store manager knows how their staff treats their customers. I contacted corporate and the franchise separately so they know how their brand is being used and presented.

I only gave 1 star because there is no 0 star option. This is the by far, the worst mcdonalds I've ever been to. I've lived in kaukauna for 2 and a half years now and this place has never once gotten my order right. Very incompetent!! Complaining does no good because it never changes. Would not recommend this hole!

I think my son & I would've enjoyed the play place more if the senior citizens hadn't basically kicked us out to use it as their reminiscing space. It's a Play Place - a place for kids to run and play and mine couldn't even do that. ?

My food always turns out great at this location, always have positive staff and if a order is ever wrong there is no fuss and the staff are nice. Best McDonald’s from Neenah to greenbay in my opinion.

Just went there to get some fries and a drink. I wasn't given a straw so I asked politely for one. I must of ruined her day with that request. She started lecturing me in a very rude and condescending tone about how "We are completely strawless now and you have to order them at the speaker." "There are a bunch of big signs back there telling you this."Or how about you just take 2 seconds and hand me a straw without the lecture?
