We have been to Salt a few times and the food has always been excellent. The salt block option for the steak is the way to go. Good drinks and a nice high-end steak restaurant in the

We had the pan seared scallops and the quinoa encrusted salmon. Both were awesome! Presentation was beautiful (they used a beet drizzle on the salmon). The risotto nicely complimented the fish. Asparagus was perfectly cooked. The servers were knowledgeable, pleasant and timely. We are definitely coming back for something cooked in the salt block!Wheelchair accessibility: There were plenty of tables with ample space for a wheel chair or a high chair.

The food was excellent! I hadn't experienced a salt block grill before eating here, so that was fun and felt unique. The flavors were on point. I had a dry aged bone-in ribeye with Bleu cheese, and all of it was quality. The wine list had some gems and was reasonably priced. The service was right on the level with the food. Our server was wonderful, kind, professional, helpful and insightful. We will be returning!Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is very accessible. Plenty of space, nothing too crowded in throughways, and I don't recall seeing stairs.

Woof. I’ve never felt so terrible after receiving such a thoughtful gift for my partner and I to have a lovely $200 gift card for dinner. We were welcome by a bar tender with slippers on and a full mouthful of food that he continued to chew for the first full minute as he gave us our menus and said welcome here are our menus. He didn’t really have any help for the menu except that he could possibly make some drinks that aren’t on the menu of 5 different summery drink options,mid-winter.We then continued to our 7:30 reservation in the bright fluorescent lighting of the restaurant. Here were learned from our excellent server Laurie/Lori? all about the menu and the different types of steak options on the menu.Laurie was our saving grace because she was so knowledgeable and helpful with the menu and different types of steak cuts, and ways of cooking the steaks. We ordered the New York strip and a 6 ounce tenderloin, both with bland sides of cold mash potatoes and some sad looking broccolini. To our surprise the steaks also came out flavorless and without even a hint of salt even though they were apparently cooked on a whole block of it!Anyways sadly this entire meal wasn’t covered on the gift card and we spent over $250 on a couple of subpar drinks, a lowly portion of some overcooked panseared tuna, and two flavorless prime cut steaks. We are still in the parking lot and just felt so bad about the gift we received that our only positive of the night was bonding over how displeased we were with this dining experience. There’s more we could say but are ready to move on from such negativity. We are both have worked in the food service industry and totally understand crazy busy days but we were one of three tables in the restaurant. We always love to give constructive feedback in person but we didn’t even know how to begin here. We wish you guys the best. Thanks again Laurie!! And the trainee!!

We ate in one of the outdoor igloos, which stayed nice and warm the entire time we were there. The food was kind of basic. Both our steaks were overcooked, asparagus was slightly undercooked, garlic mashed potatoes were good. Prices were way too high for the amount and quality of food. Our waitress was great! She had a smile the entire time and joked a bit with us. Enjoyed our night out, but won't be back due to pricing. Does not compare to other high end restaurants that we have been to.

For the price... it was nothing to write home about. I was expecting a mouthwatering, flavorful steak. I did not get what I was expecting. One and done... no need to come back.

We waited over 1.5 hours after ordering our food to receive our meal. The salad came out 10 minutes after ordering. And then we waited...and waited...and waited. The servers came and checked everyone once in awhile. Seemed there was no concern by the wait staff of the length of time. We were at the restaurant for 2.5 hours total. Also the prices were very expensive compared to the quality of the meals. This was the second time this happened to us, and don't plan to be back.

Silverware wasn't too clean, they did replace it right away. Management was publicly berating the employees. Not a good look.

For the price, this place is not worth it. Dirty water glasses, slow service. Food was just okay. Seemed like management was just standing around. Not impressed at all.

The place was filled with food all over the floor and they treat their employees like trash. If I worked here I would be excited to leave every day and go home away from this garbage dump. This place is unsanitary and even caused my sister to get sick when we went out to dinner.Wheelchair accessibility: bad job.

We made a 7:15pm reservation. We got there at 6:45pm and sat at the bar getting drinks and looking at the menu. We were sat right at 7:15pm and promptly put in our order for apps and main course. We got the apps at 7:25pm. Then we didn’t have our server talk to us for over an hour. Didn’t get us more drinks or refill the water. We patiently try to get another worker’s attention in which we did. They said they went to check on the order. It’s now 8:25pm and our server still hasn’t come to talk to us about our order. We watched a 9 top and a 4 top get seated after us. Put in their orders after we got our apps and they were closing out their check/done with desert/ had left overs boxed up and we still didn’t have our main course. At 8:45pm we were told it would be out any minute. 10-15 minutes go by so we leave. We told the server at 8:30pm that if it wasn’t done by 8:50pm that we would have to leave. We left without our food. The food may have looked and smelled great but the service was the worst thing I have ever experienced. This place of business should be so ashamed. If you are reading this- don’t go here. For all the good reviews we read, we wish we never went here. Wasted over two hours of our time here. Got no respect. No one tried to make it right. I emailed the company before leaving this comment and have had zero replies. This is not the way a business should be run. Don’t do business here.

My husband and I went out to celebrate Valentine’s Day on the weekend. We had a dinner reservation, and were seated early which was great! The second we walked in the doors everyone in the bar area stared at us, we were dressed nicely it felt very uncomfortable. I know this isn’t on Salt but it set the vibe for the night. The menu I was given only has appetizers listed, the back page was completely blank. Our server greeted us about 10 mins after we were sitting down so I was already sharing my husbands menu. The server asked if we had ever been before and we said “no” she then proceeded to not fill us in on how Salt worked or tell us the specials. Later in the meal I heard another server explain the specials this week were for 2 people and not just one. Would have been nice to know, especially since the server was aware we had never been before. We ordered an old fashion and margarita to drink, the drinks came out after we got our appetizer. Our sever never checked in on us until our dinner was served. We had empty drinks for a while. After our main course was brought we ordered another round of drinks. The drinks came at least 5 mins after we completed our meal… so we stayed and sipped on them. (If the sever knew the bar was backed up they should have checked on us earlier or gave us an heads up about the delay.) The dinner was decent my husband and I both had fish, but the sides were nothing special. For the price of everything and the service we received for this “fine dinning” experience we will not be back nor recommending to others. We purposely traveled 30 mins to Salt to give it a try and it just fell flat. I’d rather spend my $150 elsewhere. Despite everything we did still tip 20%.

Loved dining here! The bar cocktails were very unique and the service was excellent. I got the snow crab and my only complaint was how difficult it was to eat! I've had king crab before which pulled out of the shell easily. Snow crab is much flakier and difficult to get out. The dish was cold by the time I got through most of the crab. Probably an orderer's mistake but that was my only complaint.
