Walked into the Kenosha location yesterday at730pm. The place was not even half full yet a table for 2 was a 25 minute wait. What??? Customer service is seriously lacking here.

So this is one of those places where I didn't care for the food nor the choices. But I will say that the friends I was with loved what they had. Waitress was very good. Atmosphere was to be expected. It was a sports type setting.

Got here early on a Friday place was pretty dead. Was seated right away, sat for 15 minutes never greeted nothing. Another customer said he waited 15 minutes and ordered his food from the app. Absolutely ridiculous. When I heard that we got up and left
Out of all the Wing spots you can dine at, Buffalo wild wings is my favorite. From the atmosphere to the actual wings, fire. I usually get the jerk wings and the atomic ones, no one beats these wings(maybe homemade but that's it)Parking: Abundant parking

Online order for pick up. Food was ready upon arrival but they had to get the bag with the dips and carrots. Employee brings it out and says what’s inside, which does not match what we ordered. Went back to get the other items, comes back out and I asked again to confirm contents, when she confirms that was correct. Get home….and nope-did not get the # of dips per kind we ordered. Shouldn’t be that hard to get correct and what a shame the person didn’t correct it to the order when they said they did

Love the wings, but also love get what I ordered. 2nd BWWs in two days and both places got the order wrong. Either missing items or wrong sauce on the wings. Not going to stop me from going again though.

The service was ok, and they were out of so many things. It was only 6:30 in the evening. No Mac & cheese, no chocolate sauce, no marinara. The server forgot straws and utensils.
