This place was great. The food was priced well and to get a good Chicago style hot dog in WI was lovely. I had the Alfredo and added chicken. It was in line with the price. The bread was a plain, warmed piece though. I would have thought it came with a buttered garlic bread.The rainbow cone is accessible from inside and we had that as well. The servers went above and beyond so they were great. The only odd thing was the bathroom set up with two stalls but one sink and the dryer is attached to the sink. Very inconvenient for more than one person.

My wife and I stop here for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised because the Italian Beef sandwich was very good, very authentic. The price is way too much but I don't think they will ever lower the prices, the place was packed with customers. I will be back but for the sandwich only.

I know they are famous for Italian beef’s but I also love their salad selections. They are fresh and tasty. My favorites, hands down, are Tuscan Chicken Salad and the buffalo chicken salad. Don’t get me wrong, the beef sandwiches are good.They can improve on their customer service and I know it’s a new location (Pleasant Prairie). I’m a patient, respectful, and understanding person. The food/service industry isn’t easy.use the drive thru with patience! You’re gonna need it! We placed our order and were reminded that we had a “birthday beef” (free regular Italian beef) offer on our account. I opted to redeem it. When our order was brought out to our vehicle the free beef sandwich was not in the bag. I tried to address the issue and it was udder chaos. I ended up saying screw it, and left only with the other food I’d ordered and paid for. Hoping they do better next time, instead of telling me my free beef sandwich offer expires in xyz days and just letting me leave without resolving the issue :(. All in all the food has been consistently good.

Beef was very good. First time visitor. Had the standard sandwich with pepper jack and hot peppers meal. About $15 without tip included fries and drink. I would have liked the beef to be physically hotter, although the meat itself was tender. A little more juice would have been nice, but I think I could have asked for it. I will go back, but I will take a little more time to read the offerings and options. I ate in, place was busy, but tables available. I ate at the eating bar section. Wait staff were pleasant, and checked with me just enough for any issues.

Went through the drive thru, ordered #1 and 2 combo, baptized with sweet and hot, mustard on both. What we got was 1 and 2 sweet peppers on 1 and hot on the other. Was not baptized as requested. Instead, bread was only wet from meat.I understand that the business is new to the neighborhood, but to a customer that has had Buona beefs before ☹️

Elite service. Food was SOOOOOO good.Will definitely be back.The women's bathroom is a little weird inside, as in when you walk out of a stall the entry door is right in front of you so I almost got wacked by the door. Oh well. Food and service was absolutely worth it

I think they are still trying to figure themselves out.Italian beef was not the best I have had. Seemed to lack flavor. Maybe needed salt. Au jus was bland.Fries were ok.Chicago dog had the correct toppings and bun, but the bun was dry and could have used steam, and the dog had no snap.
