I am eating a cinnamon roll that was not made today, and maybe not yesterday. It is stale to the point of being hard and breaks when I bite it. Fresh ingredients are out of stock at this cafe and the young lady who served us was obviously untrained and nervous. This is a business surviving only on travelers devoid of another option. Buy the peanut M&Ms in the hotel lobby and be happier.

Terrible disappointing experience. We've been before, but this was not good. Afrer studykng the menu for a few minutes, we ordered and then was informed they were out of bacon. Daughter ordered apple cinnamon muffin and was given banana nut. She's allergic to nuts. Asked for silver ware twice. Sandwich was supposed to come with fruit but we did not get it. Toasted bread was soggy. Way too expensive for the food we were given.

The staff is always super nice. The food is quite good too. They can get a little over run in the mornings, especially on the weekends, BUT they do pull over a few extra hands to help. It is a small operation so there can be a short wait when it is busy but it makes sense that the kitchen area is small given off breakfast volumes. The cafe is super cozy to relax in while enjoying your food and drink. Highly recommend the avocado toast and the pastries are always a treat with an afternoon coffee.Kid-friendliness: Hot chocolate is good and they will make plain toast for the simple kiddos who don’t like regular breakfast food.

Coffee was good. I was hoping it'd be served in a mug than a disposable cup. The melt and croissant sandwich were good and a large portion.

Nichole is an amazing batista at Cafe Stella! We loves our experience because of her! She has an outstanding, very personable warm personality! She made the entire experience wonderful and we felt so welcomed! She made all drinks 5 stars and we highly recommend coming here because of her! She is the bomb and we will be returning for our date again! She deserves a promotion and raise! Thank you again!

Stay and place was good. Both salads were forgotten first night in the 1844 restaurant. Then breakfast on Monday at the cafe eas hectic. One girl all by herself, then the register crashed and she has a king of people. Felt bad for her. More staff would deffinetly help it seems

I would encourage people to give this coffee shop a shot. Great people serving, extra helpful. Good coffee. Will return!

Went there as it looked as they had healthy breakfast choices. At 9am, already out of avocado (for avocado toast) and kale (kale berries smoothy) so I could not order any of the 2 only healthy options. I was very disappointed. Nice place though.

Stopped here twice during our stay at the Stella Hotel. Th first time they were closed, but the bartender from the adjoining restaurant made a fresh pot of coffee for us, which we greatly appreciated. The second time we had coffee a light snack (cranberry/lemon scone). Both were very good and the employees were especially nice. Although we weren't there long each time, both experiences were great. The staff went out of their way to help us and the food was very good. Definitely recommend the Cafe at the Stella if you're in the area.

We each ordered a salad, was great tasting, and definitely portioned correctly. Had coffee and was delicious.

I could go on forever about this venue and staff. The venue itself is gorgeous and made for the perfect backdrop to our classical romantic themed wedding. Lots of natural lighting and tall ceilings. The location is beautiful in the heart of downtown Kenosha. Our guests were raving about how beautiful the venue was and how delicious the food was. The bridal suite is beautiful and was able to accommodate a large group of ladies (I had 11 bridesmaids). But most importantly, it's the staff. Deanna and Dameon, who were our wedding coordinators were incredible. So accommodating and attentive. I never had to worry about anything on our big day because of them and their amazing service staff. I highly recommend the Stella for any event!
