This was a cute little place in Kenosha. The food was good although some things could be a little better such as the hash browns but their homemade toast was good I would recommend asking for the butter on the side instead of on the toast as it can be too much and become a little soggy . Our server was very kind but our food did take quite some time to come out and they are cash only.

Enjoy a piece of Kenosha history as well as some really good food. I have heard only positive comments about most items on the menu, my go-to, the turkey melt, is delicious! That sauce mixed with grilled onions is brilliant. If you are in Kenosha, you should have breakfast/lunch here.

My husband and I absolutely loved this place. The corned beef hash was probably the best we've had and the service was wonderful as well!!

Went out for breakfast and decided to go to the coffee pot. We were seated right away and service was fast. We got our Drinks right away and placed our order. I will say that my coffee cup did not go under half at anytime!! We got our food and was definitely hot to the last bite since it came off the flat top and to the table. I ordered the omnivore, wife ordered the two eggs, toast hash browns, and ham. Our. Kid ordered the biscuits and gravy w/ two eggs. All the food was hot and delicious. We definitely will go back! And all reasonably priced. Service was great! The restaurant had a nice and quaint feel.

If you're looking for a hometown greasy spoon experience, you will love this place. Very relaxed atmosphere. Makes you feel like you're eating from Grandma's kitchen. Good prices and portion sizes. Food also comes out quickly. The food was good. I felt like some of it could've been a little bit better quality ingredients, but I do not regret the experience. The wait staff was super kind and welcoming. They also have housemade bread.

A few of us girls do a breakfast every month and decided coffee pot..place wasn't extremely busy..yet we felt rushed and had the waitress make a loud comment of us leaving..so if you want to sit and relax and savour your food..this is not the place..besides..my potatoes were hard and bland? RUDE WAITRESS!!

One of the best places to have breakfast in Kenosha.Dietary restrictions: Gluten friendly options! They are delicious.Parking: Parking can be really hectic at peak times. You can find parking you might just have to walk a bit.

Good food. This place is a Kenosha staple but this visit, there seems to have been something going on with the wait staff and ours wasn't very happy. Oh well, people have days. The place was cozy and packed...always a sign of good food!

They have lots of great food options. I would definitely recommend the Breakfast Buster sandwich ( a little bit of everything)!Vegetarian options: They have lots of fresh veggies and great pancakes!Wheelchair accessibility: There is a door around the south side to get into the diner or you can get into the Kenosha room by talking to an employee to open the exit door on the northeast side of the building

While the food is fairly cheap I think the overall restaurant could use a deep clean. Over the summer there are often flies around. The staff is very friendly and the outdoor patio is nice minus the flies and bees.

This has been on our must visit list for some time. We finally made it. Yay! So glad we did. What an adorable diner, cozy and inviting. The staff was friendly and quick. I ordered the Lithuanian Plate, bacon stuffed buns, 2 eggs over medium with kugelis (potatoe casserole) with sour cream. Everything was absolutely delish. We will definitely be going back!
