We stood in line at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for any employee to acknowledge our presence or desire to order. While the employees were extremely busy filling drive in and Door Dash orders, not one of the 8 or 9 behind the counter spoke to any of us in line apologizing for a delay or an ETA of their presence at the cash register to take our orders. Poor management in this situation and we walked out of the establishment. Places can be busy, employees can be hustling, and we would be able to be patient and tolerant if there was any communication from managerial staff.

This is the only Dairy Queen in the Kenosha area as far as I know that has burgers, chicken, and fish sandwiches that is relatively close to a few parks and the local library where you can sit and enjoy a blizzard or a ice cream cone. ??

usually I love the food, but on Monday I went thru the drive thru and ordered a 4 piece chicken strip meal and added a coke for like $1.79 or something as well as a 6 piece and added another coke then 2 ice creams they had me pull up and wait for my food they brung the ice cream and food and we went home later to realize that they forgot our drinks so I called and spoke to a lady she apologized but knew that they forgot it bc she said 2 cokes ? and all I said was I was missing our drinks after she said I could come back or get my name written down to get the drinks another time and I said I didn’t wanna drive all the way back so she asked for my name and took it down and said I only had 3 days to come back so today wednesday I go back and ask for my drinks and they say that they can’t help me in the drive thru so I need to come inside so I go in and wait and they ask for my name I tell them and the manager comes out and tells me that my name isn’t written down and he can’t do anything ab it and that he can’t give it to me bc he doesn’t know if we really didn’t get the drinks and said he could call the lady and see if it’s true we ended up leaving bc we think it’s Bs they can’t give us two cokes that come to a total of ab $4 when I paid for them then lied and didn’t write my name down wasted my time and money . thx ? all bc of 2 cokes

On the 28 of August I order a basket of Onion rings and it was delightful!! Today on the August 29 I order the same and here is what I got!! 8 Onion rings!! So disappointed ?
