Called immediately after leaving this location because my avocado toast was burnt to a crisp and nobody answered the phone. I left a voicemail and told them my frustrations.It’s been 3 days and nobody has returned my call.This location is awful. Every single time they either get something wrong or just make something gross.The customer service sucks too.Drive an extra couple miles and go to the other Dunkin

This Dunkin’ Donuts is in a gas station so poor atmosphere. The other thing is they close at 8 PM so they clean up at 7:30 so if you want hot chocolate at 7:30 they don’t wanna mess everything up so they’ll tell you that the machine is broken.Parking: Gas station parking lot so only a few spaces available during prime time. You will have difficulty finding parking. This is mostly a drive-through.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to get in but a tight space and again you’re in a gas station with some small seating

I will go out of my way to go to the Dunkin 15 minutes from my house rather than this location that is 5 minutes from my house due to the awful costumer service and the inconsistency with how they make their items. I can’t order food from here cause it’s always burnt, Drinks never taste right and they never have the toppings that are supposed to be on it. I’d rather go somewhere where I know what I’m paying for is what I’m expecting and where I’m greeted with a smile and positivity.Management really needs to fix things.
