Terrible experiance. I have been to this location plenty of times. 1 waitress working. Manager is stocking or hiding in the back. They dont do eggs anymore unless its wednesday or friday after 4. Its a stupid policy. Its the main reason I go there. Unless changes are made I wont see myself going back there.

even on a busy saturday night, our service and experience was great. breanna was attentive and friendly during our meal. everyone was working hard to make sure the evening went well, and other members of the team checked on us, showing their dedication to customer satisfaction.

I couldn't get the waitresses attention. I even followed her to the kitchen but she completely ignored me and so I walked to my car and got a bottle of water. Later I waited for the bill but when I waved for the waitresses attention she turned away. I raised my voice and ask "Am I invisible?" Then ask for the bill. She answered "That's not my table." She was the only one on the floor and so I continued to complain "WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO GRT SERVICE HERE?" The manager approached and comped my meal for free. It is embarrassing but sometimes a person has to do what a person has to do. I appreciate the gesture.

Ordered delivery. Never got it. But i got my money back at least. The next time i did pick up. Took 45 minutes longer than than they said it would. My bowl had no meat and no sauces! It was dry and bland. I went to the store and bought sauce to cook the next day just so it didn’t taste so bad. It makes me so sad cause this used to be one of my favorite spots in Kenosha

Kudos to the cooks, they do a great job, my kids love it, and they put on an amazing show. The waitress staff is always very attentive and kind. The only reason for the 2 stars is the last 5 times I have been there either there were no options for meat or the sauces were completely empty or both. There have been a few times where a cook needed to leave their area to refill things for customers thus leaving one less cook and the line becoming longer and longer. Not sure why there isn’t someone on staff always making sure those bins are filled up.

I was nervous to have dinner here tonight only because we came in a half an hour before closing time, my husband insisted it would be fine. I didn’t want to annoy any workers so close to closing time, and also having my two young sons that insisted on building their bowls themselves and adding their own sauces (MESSY)! To my surprise everyone working was actually SO nice and patient. They were very kind, we didn’t feel rushed at all, and we had a very delicious dinner! Thank you! ❤️

Excellent experience as long as you have patience. Our waitress was the only server and pregnant! She had been on her feet since opening and we showed up for dinner. The cooks had a positive attitude and really nice. Don’t come here hoping for a quick meal because it’s an experience meant to take your time. My only negative comment is the bowls could be a little larger.

We visit once or twice a month and generally enjoy it very much. But this visit was disheartening. My fiance has allergies and there was mass cross contamination at the buffets. On top of that both teriyaki sauce containers were contaminated or empty. When asked to get some they didn't tell him they had to make it and left him standing there for over 5 minutes.When they brought him his second allergy bowl it was dirty, which is when we both decided we were done.While the food we had a still good and our server and the guys on grill were nice, I feel that Huhot needs to do better in the maintaining of their buffet area and make sure their dishes are clean.
We have been coming to this location for awhile now and have always been blessed with Tara! Through the pandemic she was always working her butt off and was usually the only waitress in there. She always kept the drinks filled and still made conversation! Through all the turnover we are glad to still see her working there!

Being that it is almost within walking distance from home, and it makes it easy for all of us picky eaters to get what we want, it's definitely a win in our book. I've also brought family while visiting and they enjoy it just as much. It's easy to build your own stir fry and to have someone else cook it, even better! The only issue sometimes is the service, even before COVID. We were sat immediately but often times left at the table waiting for a while before ordering something to drink. Other times no one would come back to the table at all until we asked for the check. This is definitely an area that needs to improve, and the reason for the review being 3 stars. Another tip to the owners, please update the place. The carpet is pretty old and gross, and the tables are sticky.

Have an issue? Don't expect it to be resolved by management, bc the server had to go back to ask for him three times before she finally came back and pretty much told us he won’t come out of the back.The service was phenomenal by our server. I’m upset that I forgot her name.. Just make sure you have your own change for $100 bc the manager won’t help a server break it when she didn’t have the change, as we were her first table.

Our server ( I can't remember her name but she was pregnant ) was amazing. She was attentive and very friendly! The culinary team was wonderful and very good at their job. I definitely will be coming again

I had the potstickers, cheesecake rangoons and 3 plates of food. Everything was really tasty, will definitely eat there again. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because when the grill cook cracked the egg for my boyfriends meal, he left some eggshell behind in the food. Definitely something they should take into consideration.
