Omg where do I begin?First when I walked in I was greeted by a Hispanic woman, and when she looked up and I seen I was black she immediately told another worker who was black as well to seat me instead of her, and then she ran to the kitchen.The waitress that I had was pleasant and made sure I was comfortable.However, when I ordered my food I told them.i don't eat pork.or beef, which means my food should be cooked nowhere near it. Ha, my hashbrowns tasted like they were cooked in bacon and sausage grease, which made them unedible. I really didn't get a chance to enjoy any of my food because of that. I literally only enjoyed the toast and coffee.I totally see why I stopped eating IHOP. They can't get right at all.

It was all as usual. Very good omelet and pancakes ?. Service was a bit slow, it seems to be the norm these days in 80% of restaurants. This place wasn't as busy as other times so the slower service surprised us. Newer staff maybe. I would go again. If speed gets better, great! If not, I still think it was good.

Was pretty good until we saw the cockroaches crawling wife saw 2 in the bathroom I saw a few in the guys bathroom. Never go there again. Hope it’s taken care of. Besides everything I said above the rest was real good and the service was outstanding.

These people they did not have what my girlfriend originally ordered... Biggest change the order without asking her what she wanted. So then they brought her the food that she didn't order and informed her they didn't have what she ordered. He then change her order to something else it took forever and came out and was cold. The food was not absolutely horrific but everything else was the end.

Waitress was nice. Food was wrong I ordered the kids pancake happy face and received a chocolate chip pancake one which was never what I ordered nor what was seen in the menu picture. I also waited over 30 minutes just to receive something my kid can’t eat. I left close to 1am (12:50 something) and just didn’t want to bother waiting for them to “fix” the order and it being another long waiting time. This is the first time I hop dissappints me.

I normally do not like to post bad reviews as I am a business owner myself. I also enjoy tipping waitresses even if food isn’t the best. However the experience my husband and I had today on Valentine’s Day was very poor. Angelica B was our server. She was nice but what I asked for wasn’t what I received. I asked for 3 turkey bacon 3 turkey sausage, eggs soft scrambled with cheese, and French fries. Instead I received 6 very dry turkey bacon, burnt hash browns, over cooked eggs with no cheese, and no French fries. She did correct the issue but I had to eat my food in spurts as things were re cooked. Husband had a good breakfast but he didn’t like the lemonade so instead he requested apple juice. I drank coffee which was very bitter in taste so I instead of a refill I asked for a coke to drink but put it in a to go cup. My husband then asked if his refill could he get a sprite in a Togo cup. When we got our check we were appalled as we were charged. The server charged us for coffee, sprite, Coke, lemonade, and an apple juice! When we asked about it she said she had to ring up every drink. She then proceeded to walk to the table as we was packing up to go and took the to go cups of drinks that she had delivered to us back without explanation. We’ve visited other IHOP and this has never happened to us. Also this particular location has dingy decor. Tables and booths were not the cleanest, and the overall appearance is very outdated. To top things off there’s a bad sewer smell near the kitchen and drink station. We did not tip because there was no apology or the consideration of explaining to us what the drink policy intels. We felt server made an assumptive move based on the color of our skin which resulted in us not tipping her. We will not be back.
Kid-friendliness: Our waitress and amazing job. We had our two young grandkids with us and she went out of her way to make our dining experience enjoyable with the kids.

I couldn't help but appreciate the efficiency and professionalism of the morning staff at this establishment. As the liaison between the restaurant and the Door Dasher service, I had a unique opportunity to observe their operations firsthand. Upon entering, I immediately noticed how impeccably clean the entire place was. It was evident that the closer from the previous night had taken great care in ensuring a spotless environment for the morning crew. The tables were neatly arranged, and there wasn't a single trace of clutter or mess anywhere. As I approached the shelf to pick up my order, I was greeted with warm smiles from each employee present. Their friendly demeanor and genuine enthusiasm made me feel welcome, even though I was just there for work purposes. It was refreshing to see such positive energy early in the morning.The order itself was prepared promptly and ready exactly on time, which is always appreciated when you're dealing with time-sensitive deliveries like mine. The attention to detail in packaging everything securely and neatly further showcased their commitment to quality customer service.

This location is pathetic, 2nd time this has happened, it's 7:57pm and they're closed??....the hours for the location say 10pm, updated 6 days ago. Soni try to make an order online, says my order will be ready by 8am. Seriously????... This is the 2nd time I've complained, we t to corporate for the first one, think they'd offer a customer something for all this trouble??... NO....he didn't, all he said was oh will get the hours fixed . And apparently they are not, id advise all of you considering this place to not go, maybe rhell go out of business and a better place will come .. unreal

This is my second review no one has reached out about my refund for an order I didn’t receive. Still attempting to contact the restaurant no answer!!! It’s been very frustrating and it’s crazy how this place is still open. The phone just rings and rings. If I do not receive any type of contact from this restaurant I will be putting in Complaint to the BBB! This is ridiculous ???
