Jersey Mike's Subs is a local sub sandwich franchise. They slice your sub to order. I feel that it makes the sub taste fresher than other franchises. They offer a variety of different subs. Veggie, roast beef, turkey, Italian meats, tuna fish chicken salad. You have three sizes of subs to choose from. You have the option of a selection of fountain drinks or bottled drinks. They also have a selection of chips to go with your sub. The dining area was clean . The employees were welcoming and very nice

I watched them making my sandwich pulled the tortilla off the wax paper and placed it directly in the bare counter the guys finishing me sandwich put an extra tortilla on the sandwich but draped my bare tortilla across his arm on his bare hairy skin. On two separate occasions, this place has shown why it is one of my FAVORITE places to go in Kenosha.One night, as I went to eat dinner before heading home, as I paid and got my change, I noticed one of the customers accidentally gave me a $50. I pointed it out to them, and they were glad I did and made it right...on my next visit, there was an issue with my debit card (it was scratched to the point that some machines couldn't read it), so after they tried several times (far more than many would), they agreed to just have it on the house.Bottom line, this place is a treasure for the community, and deserves so much more attention and love. You best believe I will return often...and I will be in talks with them on how together we can make Kenosha even more awesome.

This location is not prepared to take care of there customers. They no longer offer ice tea to the customers, they sell gift cards, but no envelopes and I was told they are always out. the vegetables don't look fresh and the portion sizes are way smaller then in the past. I ordered a reg sandwich in a wrap and it was the size of a mini, but the price I was charged was for a regular size sub. I will not be going to this location in the future.Kid-friendliness: Friendliness is not a priority for this location

I called up there to get help with my order and the manager said her name is A and doesn’t have to give her name if she doesn’t want was super rude while I was just calling for a simple fix I will not being going back to Jersey Mike’s I used to get it for lunch pretty often but in being a manager you should learn to lead the correct way and that’s not the way to do it when a customer has and issue I will never order from Jersey Mike’s again and also when I told her I would be calling cooperate she said she didn’t care because they aren’t a cooperate store anyways I’m very disappointed

i ordered a blt with extra toppings and i received literally just bread.
You simply cannot find a better sub sandwich. Anything you order will be good. Please if you find a better Philly chessesteak, let me know where. It cannot be found.

Great quality sandwiches and excellent customer service! And a special shout out to Abby! Abby made a bunch of sandwiches very fast and perfect quality! Both of the women who were working at about 7:30pm on Sunday 8/20 were super awesome but I only caught Abby's name. Thank you both! I will definitely come back here :)

First of all our bread was stale and falling apart. Secondly the heavy set girl who took our order over charged us and didn't even apologize. If you dare to try this Jersey Mike's make sure everything is FRESH AND CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!
