First off the store smells sour. The wait for a simple sandwich took about 10 mins and they had a WAIT! Overpriced food and customer service was lacking. Most of the employees looked overworked and underpaid and it definitely showed in their faces. They definitely need new management and training on how to properly run a storefront. Super unfortunate.

I did a catering box of sandwiches. For the price I was very disappointed. I had ask for just meat & cheese on the bread with mayo on the side. All the sandwiches had mayo on them. Then there was only 1 piece of meat on each sandwich. Very disappointed & upset for the amount of money it cost. Think twice before ordering catering from them. I will never again.

this was absolutely disgusting. no flavor whatsoever. the bread was disgusting. their mayonnaise was also disgusting. i feel like the amount of lettuce they put was to try and hide the no taste of the food. they also didn’t have normal yellow mustard? Two sandwiches and one drink came out to almost 19 dollars. will never me returning again. please don’t waste your money. a child can make a better sandwich.

If you dont get your food before say 4 pm its useless druggy teenagers in here who cant make a sandwich without leaving paper on it or mixing different foods on my wrap which was chicken but had tuna and paper on it just garbage store in general all honesty theres a reason there is so many sandwich option in

Not freaky fast. Waiting in a line of one ahead of me for 5+ min while they discuss a huge catering meal. The second cash register sits idle with multiple workers in the back talking. I've been at Jimmy John's before where the people making sandwiches ask what sandwich before you even order.

Turkey sandwich had two thin pieces of turkey that only covered 3/4 of the sandwich and they would do nothing about it.Had other Jimmy John's at different locations and they were nothing like that.

Disappointed in delivering my food on time. They were 20 minutes past the supposed delivery of just 2 sandwiches. I got the answer of not enough staff from driver as to the slow service. I live 3 minutes away I could have saved 7 bucks ... Yes I did tip for poor service... Never again will I order from there

They should change the 10 to have bacon on it plus the people inside are great at making sandwiches they all deserve more pay also tip your delivery drivers. Nothing is worse than driving giving someone 15 to 20 sandwiches for a lunch order and only getting 2 bucks or nothing for a tip calling out big companies who don't tipVegetarian options: You can take meat off any sandwich at all there i believe just make sure you ask first dont assume

I don't know what happened to this branch of Jimmy John's but it is the #1 worst ever! I live 3-4 minutes away from the place and it took 1 hour to receive a sandwich delivery. To add insult to injury the sandwich was the most disgusting rubbish I ever tasted. The turkey was not edible. The bacon was super-salty and because the sandwich sat so long in the car it all became a soggy mess. I waited for a message to leave feedback and never received one. There is no option to leave feedback on the app so I am leaving my review here. I will never order from this or any other Jimmy John's again. The sandwich was disgusting and the service was deplorable. The app is deleted. Good riddance Jimmy John's.

I've never ordered something so simple and had it take so long to be delivered. Two sandwiches, ordered at 11:15am...I am posting at 12:40, no sandwiches and no contact from this location. May not get them at all...will have to wait and see. At a minimum, DO NOT let them deliver. You would be better off walking to the store buying your own stuff and making your own sandwich. Awful service. No communication.Update...no notice of delivery. Kid never even rang the doorbell. Watched him on the Ring...Tossed the bag on my porch at 12:49 with no notification of any kind. I wish I could leave 0 stars. I ended up heating up pasta from last night in the 10 minutes of initial post to my "food" arriving. It was out for delivery for almost an hour...so I'm not eating my food. What an awful experience.Do yourself a favor, order a sandwich from literally anywhere else in town.

Jimmy John's never let's me down. The subs are well made with good ingredients and made as requested every time. Their delivery is also amazingly fast!
