Quality has steadily declined. Employees are a bunch of dope smoking slackers. I wouldn't trust having food remade their from their constant errors. Last straw was sitting on hold for half an hour when I was just at the store and know they're not busy, all to get another meatball bomber because the one I picked up was frozen, and the steak sandwich I ordered was burnt.Now, I will be finding another venue for food because a burnt sandwich and a frozen sandwich are unacceptable.Not only that, THEY HANDLE FOOD WITHOUT GLOVES. This is a BLATANT OSHA violation. I will be reporting the store to them as well.

Order three pizzas and two sodas from here. When the delivery came we only received two pizzas. Called them back about the missing pizza and drinks but it took me 20 minutes to get an answer. They told me that they where going to send the missing items, but they never came.

Your pizza is great but I refuse to use your app it is horrible it worked great and then a new version was created and is horrible I refuse to use it and you have lost a customer. Who ever created it should lose their job can’t say it enough the app is

I have been a Marco's customer for a very long time. I've called and emailed the main office. I've complained at the Marco's on 30th Ave. Nothing!!!
The app doesn't work right. When they changed the app in Aug. they took all my reward points. They sent me an email with my $10 off and another for free cheesy bread, when I tried to redeem them the app didn't recognize the code. I can't even get a response from these people!! Thank goodness Kenosha has other pizza places.
I downloaded the app again today. it opens fore a second then goes away. Can you imagine the main office doesn't care about this?

Where do I begin.. First of all I normally do not come in the restaurant, I always have my food delivered. I had to come pick up my order because it was below the limit for delivery. I understood. The guy told me to come in 10 minutes. I get there and paid and had to wait about another 10 before I said something! So I approached the counter and I ask how much longer?! This dirty looking guy and a girl just ignore me! At this point I get irritated. I also notice the dirty looking guy touch his face and dirty clothes then proceed to touch the raw dough with NO GLOVES!! I was OVER IT! Demanded a refund and flew outta there! I'm glad I saw what I saw! I will NEVER order there AGAIN! For now on I'm picking up my food from EVERYBODY! Marco's need to do better! Eat there at your OWN RISK!

Usually am happy with Marcos not today. I ordered early to schedule delivery at 1230 they were 25 min late. The pizza was cold ( not even warm) there were large pieces of the onion peel on the pizza. I tried to call the store and then tried to go to tellmarcos but it kept taking me to a screen that wanted me to order again. The delivery driver had a I don’t want to be doing this job look on his face. This was the worse experience I have had with them.
Wont order from here again. Person who answered the phone hung up on me. Very rude. Whoever delivered my pizza last time got a $25 tip I felt bad no one had tipped him the hole night.

I ordered Marco's last week. They called 5 min before expected delivery to say the driver had a flat tire and I needed to pick the pizza up. Manager was pretty short and offered little to no apology. Throw in a cheesy bread or something sir. I ordered delivery so that I don't have spend gas money.
