I rarely visit places in Kenosha as I really hate crossing the border. I went here to meet up with a friend and our kids had a play date. The food was definitely fresh when we ordered did not have to request for it to be. The customer service was excellent I did not hear one patron have to complain about anything. It was just so chill and relax. The crew working the evening shift on 4/7/24 I really enjoyed every encounter as you all were very hospitable.Vegetarian options: You would have more of a vegetarian option during breakfast.Dietary restrictions: This is upon request.Parking: Parking is in the same vicinity as the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: They have a play area for the children.Wheelchair accessibility: This is a wheelchair accessible facility.

Ew, I'm so sick of being shorted on a door dash order, the space cadets that think they know food industry, the lack of respect, and food etiquette. The audacity to actually tell me over the phone and question whether the concern was really from their store. As if I cannot physically see my order on a map, leaving with a little vehicle, from THIS store.As a recipient of service, I am sharing awareness of a problem of service. This is how your store functions. COMMUNICATION.Whole meals are missing, and don't even get me started on the sauce (an ongoing issue). I never knew how complicated it was to look at a color organized screen with an order number, an item, and put it in a bag. I should not have to purchase sauces that comes with a meal to ensure you notice. Please, check what you are doing. GM/DM get on this one.

There was basically no cup tops, the countertop by drink station wS disgusting. Play place garages where so over full that there was garbage being placed ONTOP of the garbage and on the floor. Bathroom was so gross, pee everywhere-literally held my daughter over the toilet when she was using the restroom. I would seriously give this place zero stars. The person taking our order didn't say a word really. Then when giving us our food I said we're eating here we can't get a tray. They said no at first then I said this and finally got one after pointing it out. All around was horrible. Why work at mcdonalds if you're not going to do your job. Especially a play place one where kids are running around? Keeping it clean is not hard..

Manager was rude, staff members were rude other that the man who took my order. The others were aggressive when handing me my order and when I asked them to remake an item in my order. they also forgot items in my order. There was also too much dye and flavoring in the McFlurry.
I hate when Google asks me to review McDonald's.All I can say about the food is that it's McDonald's. Teenagers there more interested in gossiping than taking orders. Although when they did they were very friendly.Manager was also very nice.Dietary restrictions: I wish they would make more diabetic friendly sandwiches. McDonalds really has a lot of Salt...Sugar..Carbs in the menu.
