I was there around 1 pm and it was somewhat busy in drive thru but not inside we ordered food and the app wasn’t working correctly and the manager said that wasn’t her problem they can’t do anything about it,and mind you nobody came to the front of the store to take orders so we had to use the kiosk. When we received our food over 10 minutes later it wasn’t even made correctly so I went back up to the counter and a gentleman came finally and basically just put tons of ketchup on the burgers and that took over 3 minutes,and our fries were getting cold. I asked The manager who was a lady to replace our fries with our burgers were done and she huffed about it and acted like I was doing something wrong .Two other employees were just walking around and not doing anything while this gentleman was running food out to cars and trying to help us in the front lobby. as soon as we received our food we proceeded to eat and afterwards as I was looking for a garbage I noticed the floors were disgusting and hadn’t been swept or mopped in awhile. I realize there are shortages everywhere of staff but for this place to look like this was absurd

We dont eat fast food a lot but went in for a late lunch while running errands and ordered at the kiosk. We order a quarter meal and deluxe chicken meal and the machine didnt spit out a reciept. Took our table number which said the food would be brought out, but they were just calling numbers instead. No biggie but we seriously waited 20mins. We opened up our food and my husband's QP was a deluxe...again not a huge deal. My chicken sandwich was just tomato and some sauces in a bun and this is where I just about had enough. I brought it back up to be remade. No apology. They didn't tell me I would be waiting all the minutes for chicken to be dropped either. So I watched the people behind the counter. All the ladies have very long hair free flowing (one past her butt and she kept touching it and swinging it around), lots of dangling jewelry and nails for days. Everyone is wearing earbuds including the grill person and I'm watching touch her earbud while making sandwiches. So that was it and I got my money back (minus the charity roundup), and they're all back there looking at me and talking smack and laughing because I complained. Well...its unsanitary and gross. I imagine nobody would want to eat there if they knew how it really was.

Worst cheeseburger ever. So thin it’s almost non-existent. Requested no onions and for only ketchup and one very small slice of pickle on each of the 2 cheeseburgers I ordered. This while they have posters about “best burgers ever” are posted. Won’t be going back to McDonalds again.

Definitely not coming to this McDonald's again. They forgot a sandwich from my order and they forgot the syrup for the pancakes and hot sauces for my burritos. What's the point of asking if you want sauces if you're not going to put them in. The oatmeal was completely dry. My pancakes looked they they dropped them. Hashbrowns tasted like they were fried in old oil that hasn't been changed for weeks! This location is the worst!

I don't know what it is about this location.. I get that it's a busy location but that doesn't mean they're allowed to skip out on quality. A few weeks ago I ordered an ice coffee with NO ICE. had to go back into the store and ask for ice. Today just now. I was handed my food. Cold soggy fries. Raw chicken nuggets and a flat watered down coke with again NO ICE. GET IT TOGETHER!! ITS NOT THAT HARD.
I think McDonald's has lost their minds, it's always been in my book a treat once in awhile, my son has 6 beautiful children do you think they'll ever afford a treat at their rates these days ? NO along with alot of other children ? they need to lower prices and not just them ? during the pandemic it would have been called price gouging ? maybe it still is?

Wow. I am no stranger to McDonald's. I spend a good amount of time on the road so I spend a fair bit of time at the Golden arches over the years. This McDonald's is by far the worst food, Service and overall experience I have had in a while. I am not a fan of the "no refills" policy. Using covid as an excuse to be a cheapskate is a whole new level of petty. The Big Mac I ordered was poorly assembled and cold. The fries were cold and soggy. While I was waiting for our last item, a smoothie, another employee asked what I was waiting on, I said a smoothie, so she asked the employee who was making it if it was ready. The employee snapped back rudely "it's coming!". Afyer this experience, I will never return to ANY McDonald's location as long as I live. I have given these places way too many chances

Went here to pick up a doordash order at 445pm and the sign on door said lobby closed. We had to wait in the doordash line to get the order for the customer. Why??!!
