Always friendly service and the food is good. Not sure if this location is short-staffed; I wonder because frequently the tables are not wiped down even though the restaurant is not crowded. All the workers who are there are always busy/not just standing around so that makes me think short-staffed. This is still a go-to for me though because everything else is good.

Mid.Foods not worth the price tbh. Staffs friendly tho and the food comes out fast. Would say the wait time is like mmmmm Panera Bread wait time.In MY opinion, pad Thai and buttered noodles were not worth. I haven’t tried the other ones tho so there is potential and ratings could change when I find something I regularly buy.

Love to the Manager! We had a promo code and thought we ordered correctly on the app but we didn't see a place for the promo number. We ended up ordering for full price. We asked rhe Manager how to fix it and get gave us an even better deal. We will be back!

Love the convenience of Noodles, especially ordering thru the app for pick up, but as a vegetarian for 35 years now, I was HORRIFIED to find that a dish marked vegetarian was made with chicken broth! When I asked, there was a lot of hedging and asking if I had allergies, like that they would take seriously, but not my personal ethical life choices. You don't have to lie and deceive me, Noodles, I'm hungry, I'm going to buy something to eat!

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. We were charged $34 for our $22 meal. When we entered, I tried to ask the cashier what was included in the bowls. She gave me some BS answer about being able to modify - add or take away ingredients. So I clarified - do they come with sides or beverage. She said those were purchased separately. Upon studying the menu board, I finally figured out that you could "make it a meal for an additional $2"I order the Mediterranean Salad Meal. Should be $7 and add $2 to make it a meal. Should be $9I also ordered pesto chicken pasta for $11 plus $2 to make it a meal. So should be $13My order should be $22I didn't really pay attention and paid, adding a 10% tip. While I was waiting for my order I saw the credit card text -$34.46. So I tried to figure it out. Where did the extra $12 come from?They added chicken to my med Salad. Which I did not order. She offers to refund me for the chicken and gave me a $4 credit. Still doesn't explain how my $22 order now cost $30.we were still ripped off by $8. Then on top of that I have to wait while they remake my salad without chicken. Nobody apologizes. The smug cashier acted like I was the problem. Asks the cooks to remake the salad since I changed my mind about chicken.

I went to the 118th ave location shortly after 7 p.m. ( tonight) Friday night. Ordered mac n cheese. The only one working in this store was the blonde girl in the back cooking. The other 3 girls where standing by soda machine . Laughing and whispering, on thier phones. Who is running this place tonight? Didn't even get a reciept.

We visited after a long day at the ren faire and noodles was a friendly welcoming atmosphere, as always. The girl working in the front (I'm sorry to forget your name!) was so kind, even though we were the last people in the restaurant before close.
Super slow. Ordered on the app, said it was ready, got there and still had to wait 15 minutes. Food was fine but the wait was not.
