We ordered the new cheese on the bottom pizza with pepperoni; just to try because our favorite pizza is no longer there.We ordered delivery, but when the pizza came it was quite a bit cooked to long and cold; since I don't know the procedure but I know tracking.My fiance and I both are disabled, and our multiple conditions are not scheduled!The driver seemed to have gotten off track.So, I had to get into my vehicle drive over because it's not far, but it was a little snow and cold.Yes, we tip all of our delivery personal even extra if we think the weather takes a turn.I explained to Heaven what happened and I'd brought a few slice's in a Ziploc Bag.IF ANYONE NEEDS A JOB, THIS STORE COULD USE YOU!Heather not only had wearing multiple hat's and juggling under control. We called in an order tonight during peak order time and waited less than 10 minutes when we got there to get our food. The gentleman, who I only assume was the Manager, was super friendly and gave us updates on estimated order time. There was also a young girl there who had red/ pink hair who was attentive to everyone as well. Overall great experience and the food looks like it was attentively made. Thank you to the staff tonight, you handled this Saturday night well!!
My daughter ordered 2 large pizzas from here tonight. Both pizza got here floppy, half cooked and soggy. My guess is they decided to send pizza out without the temp on the oven being correct. After the hand tossed pizza came out of the oven looking like flat crusts pizza they decided it was good enough to send to our house. I didnt wake up till right before they closed or they would have remade my order or refunded the order. If the food comes out looking raw DONT SELL IT TO THE CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so disappointed in the pizza we got from here next time we will definitely order from ANY other pizza establishment. Little Caesar's would have been a better option for what we paid for and they had the nerve to send to us. Where is management while they are selling this mess??? Last thing I wanted to do was cook after working 3rd shift and being exhausted. I miss how good the Papa John's was where I am from. This one is straight trash.

So papa's pizza is pretty good. They put the pepperoncini in the box with the pizza and I'm slightly allergic to that. There's no place you can ask for it to be left out on the online ordering app.I called in to order it over the phone and whoever answered said she was too busy to take my order and I should make it online. When I explained this she said she didn't have time and hung up. Literally wanted a cheese pizza with no pepperoncini in the box. If you're too lazy to punch a few keys maybe you should be in a different job.

This was my first time using the app to order and and ordering at Papa Johns in Kenosha. I used to get Papa John’s pizza in Florida. The pizza was Delicious!! I had a party for my husband’s birthday. It was a total success!! The chicken bites, wow fabulous!
