The owner (so he says) is a complete jerk. He is a crabby man who shouldn’t be allowed to have purchased a store in the Papa Murphy’s franchise. (So he claims) Made my pizzatotally wrong, had no remorse for the fact he applied allergic ingredients that weren’t ordered on my behalf. Told him the situation, told me to digalready cooked pizza out of garbage before he would do anything to rectify the situation. Called back & said I at least want my tip back, he saidcall my store again he would call police. Don’t dobusiness w/ this man

Delicious, pure and simple. Employees are friendly and speedy. Tuesday deals are fantastic, a Family 5-topping for only $13 will feed everyone. Cheesy bread tastes great; cookies also have made a comeback and are good, though are slightly pricey compared to buying cookie dough at the store.Parking: Never full.

Great pizza. Clean place. The big guy that works on Tuesdays with brewers hat, as many reviews have stated, is VERY stand off-ish and rude. First thing he says to every customer is "if you didn't order online we can't help you". This has happened multiple times that I have witnessed. He's got to be the owner because anyone that drives business away like this usually don't work for places long. I love papa murphy's but having seen this person repeatedly be so rude to people I can no longer give this place my business. I wish you the best my friend but the pizza industry may not be for you.

Upgrading my review to 5 stars as Papa Murphy's did fix their different temperature issue with their offerings....everything is now 425 degrees so I can make everything at once...even the crustless Keto version....I LOVE IT!!! They listened to their customers saying that making everything separate wasn't working as everything is set for the same temperature making it easy to make your whole meal in the oven. The cinnamon monkey bread is very good, I was partial to the Cinnawheel but the monkey bread is very similar & just as good. The NY style pizza is the best in the business I think, some get close but Papa M's is #1 NY style in my opinion. It's hard to beat the taste and temperature when it comes fresh out of your oven directly to your plate. You do have to order a bit in advance but 12-18 minute bake time after preheating is not a super long time to wait & well worth it. Papa Murphy's also has a rewards program so I would sign up for that as well which I will also leave in the tips for this location. Some may not realize but you can order in advance & they'll have it already ready for you when you get there. They have always been on time when I have ordered here so you can count on a quick stop if you preorder. My #1 recommendation in the Pleasant Prairie/Kenosha area for NY style pizza....give them a try!

I have ordered from this location for years with no issue. Today I place my order online it says it will be ready in 10-15 minutes. I am there in about 12 minutes. I walk in and give my name and the older man snaps you are 20 minutes early. I was shocked by the tone and rudeness. I was the only customer in the store and I let him know the online and my order email say 10-15 he said no you are 20 minutes early and walked away. I sat there while two walk ins came and he did their orders. I was taken a back by his shortness and rudeness. I will never go to this location again and it is sad. I have celiacs so they are one of the few places I can get pizza I like.Dietary restrictions: They have the best options

Papa Murphy's is a different concept when it comes to getting pizza in that the pizza is fresh but you have to make it at home. I ordered ahead knowing what time I wanted to get my dinner experience started and not wanting to wait for it to be made. The pizza was very good that we got from here and we also ordered some cheesy breadsticks to go with the meal. The final dessert of the cinnamon wheel was absolutely amazing and tasted just like a Cinnabon when it was all said and done. I start with everything ordered to highlight the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5, everything has different cooking temperatures in the baking instructions which is just crazy. When I picked up the order the guy told me for the best experience to make them all separately when I asked if they all go into the oven at the same temp. Now this is not the storefront's fault or the guy who works there's issue in any way shape or form. Papa Murphy's corporate needs to figure out how to fix that. I don't have 2 or 3 ovens at home & I shouldn't have to choose between having hot pizza or hot breadsticks since I like to have them together. The good thing is by putting the home oven at 425° and keeping an eye on everything that I was able to make the breadsticks and pizza together turning out nicely. The thin NY sausage and pepperoni pizza may be my new favorite go to pizza overall. I have had a lot of pizza & coming back to this one after years solidified that it's pretty good if I want a good NY style pizza. Now to the dessert, made it a bit later and I recommend pulling it right out of the oven when it starts to somewhat boil on the cinnamon after I checked it 10 minutes later. I immediately put the cream cheese icing in the microwave for a few seconds like recommended to get it to a somewhat but not all the way melted state. Everything came out in small blotches & then I took a butter knife while everything was still hot & fresh out of the oven to evenly spread it over the entire thing.....enter the Cinnabon-like experience with these....absolutely amazing. Highly recommend this one overall!

Since the Racine, WI location was closed, we have been going to the location in Kenosha, WI. The manager (or possibly franchise owner) is one of the rudest people we have ever met. It is like he is doing us a favor by us ordering from his location. On the phone whether it is during busy or non busy times, he is very unhelpful, not answering questions. We ordered an extra-cheese pizza and if there was extra cheese on it, I will win the Powerball tonight. Unfortunate that this franchise is horrible and there is nowhere else to go.

If I could give them no stars, I would. The owner is VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I will NEVER go back to this location. I couldn't believe the way that he thought he could talk to his customers. I see many other reviews about this location that are very similar to my experience, yet they continue to let this guy own this store. Makes me wary to go to any location ever again.I called to ask a very easy question before heading to the store and the guy was super rude and short on the phone. Upon entering to place an order, he wouldn't even let me talk and was annoyed at any question that I asked, barely acknowledging the questions, and when answered, answered in a very snarky rude way like I should know the answer. I asked him to be a bit more respectful and he lost it, I mean lost it! Started screaming at me, refusing to serve me, telling me he was going to call the police, and kicking me out of the store. He was screaming at his employee who was trying the help and settle down the situation as well.

The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. I think he is a chauvinist. He swore at me and spoke to me in a demeaning manner after I asked about crust options. Terrible customer service. I will be sure to tell all my friends and neighbors.
