I come here when on this end of town. Today was a longer than usual wait and to my surprise they not only apologized for my wait but didn't make me pay for my drink. Great way to handle an extremely busy morning!
Ordered a Carmel ribbon crunch frape with EXTRA Carmel and EXTRA crunch, got the drink with a less amount of Carmel and crunch that would be in the drink if I didn’t ask for extra. This wouldn’t even be okay for a regular Carmel frape, I didn’t taste any Carmel just coffe and the drink wasn’t even frozen like a frape it was watery like an iced drink. I’m afraid because I don’t too at Starbucks they make the drinks to reflect that.

I was disappointed in the customer service from one woman there. She had green color to her hair didn't catch her name but she was one of the people making the drinks and handing them out. They didn't take names for the orders and weren't getting some of the orders correct so when calling them out there was confusion between our order and another ladies. And when my dad had asked about the order she was rude and when nicely suggested to maybe put the names on the cups instead of calling out the orders she had an excuse of they were too busy. And than tried to blame her messing up the order on my dad, when we've never had an issue before with the way we order the drink. Another one of the workers overheard and was apologetic but there was no excuse for her rudness.

Kelly, Tab, Caleb all were amazing. I had an unusual request for a Christmas present. These three went above and beyond to help me make a family member’s Christmas. Thank you for your positive attitudes, willingness to be of help and just great cheer at a challenging time of year! We could all learn something from this crews great attitude. Clean place organized and stocked, I look forward to visiting this location again.

Daniela and Deanna are super amazing and awesome. Their manager Kelly too they are always super friendly and make you feel welcome. Everyone else at this location is super nice. I miss Cynthia too she was always awesome!!!!

They are always really slow. They always blame it on lack of employees yet only have two people working at a time. This location needs to stop accepting doordash, UberEATS, and GrubHub orders until they can get more people to work there.

The service was very poor, specifically from one worker, Gray. They were incredibly rude to us and their coworkers which had ruined the experience for us. I wont buy coffee from here if they are at the register anymore.
