Worst restaurant in Kenosha food terrible no condiments for my burger just patty n cheese dry as hell order popcorn chicken and they didn’t have it so they gave me uncook chicken nuggets no sauce n had the nerve to say no refund when they didn’t have what I order never will go back to this terrible restaurant

So many issues. They have Chicago style hotdog on their menu, they had to ask me what’s usually on it. I told them, they didn’t have any of the ingredients but the onions and mustard. Got my food and went home. Had to go back because they got the Chicago style hotdog wrong after they specifically asked me. Asked they redo, he rewrote what I ordered, I waited about 12 minutes for a hotdog. I saw him handling it in the back with no gloves. Finally order came out, I got home and the order still wasn’t right and extremely salty. Also, extremely overpriced. Ordered a hot dog, bacon cheeseburger, and a gyro and it was over $60!!! Not worth it at all. Nasty food and overpriced. They’re in way over their head.

The food is not good and there service is even worse. Let me tell you about the prices $76.00 for 4 meals $16.00 for double cheeseburger meals . $14.00 gyro meals . And $19.00 for shrimp and small fries no drink. The other meals come with small fries and a can of soda. Do not recommend this place. So very disappointed ☹️

I asked them specifically if their burgers were freshly made they said yes only for us to pay over 30 bucks for lies and only 2 pieces of gyro meat also we asked for grilled onions they gave us raw onions honestly tacos to go and el Hugo makes a amazing gyro cheese burger don’t get me wrong this place has amazing chicken and fish but please do better with the gyro cheeseburger

My visit today there was awesome. I got the best catfish that I have had in a long time. The owner was very nice and pleasant and so was the cook. I also bought the peach cobbler and chocolate cake and the carrot cake. OMG!, it was so good. I'm so glad I went there. I will be returning, lol. All I can say is delicious!Parking: The parking is great. It is right at the door. There is also handicap parking.

Workers are very lazy, had terrible service when I ask for lettuce n tomato and sour cream they refused and gave me old/cold fries I will never go there again!!! And barely spoke

I ordered a 3 piece fish dinner delivery, and only received 2 pieces of fish. I called back to let the restaurant aware of the situation. She said that they will make another piece. I called back 3 times and kept getting told me are behind. First and last time eating there.

They got my order completely wrong and when I called for them to correct it they told me 15 minutes and when I got there 5 minutes later they turned off all the lights and hid in the kitchen I will never order from this place again unprofessional and bad customer service they lie about not getting your order correct the facts she told me she was going to remake my meal and didn't is the worst part of it all
