I went to tacobell around 12:am and there was a girl with pink hair that took my order she was absolutely disrespectful. I work in the server industry but never would i ever sounded the way she did. Rude as hell will never be back!!!

Once again as with all fast food these days, your order WILL be wrong. The food was old, expensive and disappointing. I wouldn't be surprised to see it closed soon.

Ordered food in drive thru at 7:12pm got home the food was cold cold like still partly frozen cold. Returned to store by 7:35pm to get food remade but Deshawn said they couldn’t remake food because it was more than 30mins (which it wasn’t) but they could give us a refund. Then reordered food in drive thru and they put the wrong order in.Also the food was made terriblyVery rude service and inconsiderate.

Placed an order online and it clearly didn’t go through even though email stated it did! Employees don’t answer phones & they are rude even when the customer calling had the order number! Will never return or recommend 18th st Taco Bell to anyone!

Lady at the drive thru window was extremely rude. And even after I told her 3 times no sour cream, we still ended up with sour cream on half our tacos. She was very unwelcoming and snappy when taking my money at the window. Going there in the evening just isn't a good experience ever.
Terrible!!! Both times I have been to this location the order has been incorrect. Terrible customer service, employees have bad attitudes. This whole place needs some MAJOR work.
