Your job is literally to provide at the very least DECENT customer service. All the little girls in here are ridiculously rude. Heard one of them call my husband stupid for ordering a soda they did not have. Then proceeded to give me the wrong soda, and caught an attitude when I tried to give it back. Wrong food items also. Horrible customer service by little girls who can't get an order right.

I went with my wife to withdraw an order that no one understood at first, then we went to the window and saw how badly they were treating a new employee, others who were there were in a lousy way, even one closed the window with anger when he saw that the new boy was confused, he would not return to this Wendy's, the food is good because everywhere it must be the same but the service and the atmosphere must definitely improve.I went with my wife to pick up an order which no one understood at first, then we went to the window and saw how they were treating a new employee badly, others who were there were in a terrible manner, one even closed the window in anger when he saw The new guy was confused, I wouldn't go back to this Wendy's, the food is good because it should be the same everywhere but the service and atmosphere should definitely improve

This has to be the worst location, I have ever been to. I would be willing to go to another one way farther of it meant I could get someone who honestly was concerned about customer service. I honestly did feel unwelcomed and the person I did speak to was just rude and just overall unpleasant. I'm not going to say that every experience I've had here was bad, there has been very nice and polite staff but, I've had more cons than pros here.

Terrible service!!! Waiting for a long time and won’t able to place a order on line my app didn’t let me place a order and I have to go inside of the restaurant also the manager couldn’t help me out and have to place the order in register and manager was taking care of the rest of the people first instead of me and didn’t have any clue how to fix the problem and also poor customer service skills because I want a baked potato and after ordering it he told me they don’t have it anymore. Also in the on line package of a sandwich a frosty was included and manager told me that can’t include it in the store. Also my sandwich was requested plain and had everything on it !!!To many things together!!! Poor service!!

If you ever want to make someone's night a little extra special, order them a Large Cherry Vanilla Coke Zero and a side of Wendy's famous cheese fries!Especially the queso fries! Talk about an experience! This is Wisconsin, after all, right?
