Having traveled across the US, I have stopped at a lot of Dairy Queens. It seems to be one of the few places that has a consistent taste and quality to the food. This DQ is no exception. The employees were really nice and actually smiled at me when I went up to the counter to order. My burger was hot and so were my fries. I would have no problem visiting this DQ again the next time I am passing through.
I ordered a burger meal in the drive thru today. I sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes. When I went inside they didn't remember my order, I had to show them the receipt to prove it. They just said sorry and insisted that should never happen. I ask for my money back because I had seen another customer in the lobby that pulled in like 5 minutes before I went inside and they were still waiting for service. This service is terrible and just plain unprofessional, would recommend tou find somewhere else to eat. At least cousins across the street was able to get me food in a reasonable amount of time.

Ordered a oreo hot chocolate blizzard and instead my blizzard was made with the dog biscuits they sometimes hand out at the window. We were there about 20 minutes before close which, yes is still cutting it close but we went through the drive through for only a blizzard and banana split. The banana split was fine.

Stopped here as I was passing through. Order was incorrect, and the attempts to fix said orders were lackluster at best. Was also deeply discouraged by the signage they have, as it was a weird attempt at politicizing stuff that should not be. Will not be stopping at this DQ again, and if this is the standard the corporation as a whole holds their restaurants too, I will be sure to bypass all DQs in the future.

Three times I have ordered a chocolate chocolate dilly bar. chocolate on the inside and outside. double chocolate. i explain it like this every time and EVERY TIME i have gotten vanilla. please label the dilly bars better :(

I treated my daughter to an ice cream blizzard after we went for dinner and then shopping at the grocery store. The weather has been ridiculously hot this week, we deserved a treat.I love this Dairy Queen, when you pull up to the ordering speaker, you're greated with a, "Helllllllo, how can I help you tonight?" Every time I hear this, it makes me giggle. It's definitely a mood changer. My daughter giggled when we were greeted and said, "someone is way to happy tonight" and we both laughed.The greeter took our order, verified it and then gave us our total, asked us to pull up to the 2nd window. We waited a couple of minutes to get to the window, when we did, we paid, got our order, everything was correct and when we left we were thanked and told to have a great night.I don't get to Kewaskum often, but when I do, I try to stop here to get a DQ Treat. It's always worth stopping here.
