Kewaskum McDonalds was out of bottled water, which is what I wanted with my meal deal. I was offered a free cup of water but couldn’t get the staff member to understand that with a meal deal I pay for a drink so free water isn’t a ‘deal’. He was incredible rude about it, wouldn’t give me his name, said he was the manager in duty, wouldn’t let the other employee even talk to me. Owning a neighboring business, you can bet I’ll pass this along in the community.

I went through the drive through today after Trick or Treating. The person on the speaker said that they were busy so I waited. After a few minutes I asked if I could order my food because the line was getting longer, and they started yelling at me through the speaker. Went to DQ instead.Tried going here again recently and staff are still extremely rude. I left. If you want McDonald's go to Lomira or West Bend. I've never had an issue at the West Bend or Lomira McDonald's. Management really needs to look into this issue here.You really need to hire new people here. Workers are so incredibly rude no matter what time of day you come in. Management this is for you to hear ~
Closed again.They need new management if they can’t find enough proper employees to be able to stay open. Closing due to lack of workers showing up is managements fault for not getting more workers and/or trying harder to find decent reliable ones.

Heard the steak egg and cheese bagel we're back on the menu and was excited. Was always my favorite menu item. Sunday morning about 9am me and the misses decide to drive through. 1 car on front of us. The guy at the drive through was very quick and took our order and said pull ahead. We pull to pay window and no one is there. Sign says pay here so we wait 5 minutes. Then decide to pull ahead and the old lady there said he meant to pull to 2nd window. Normally they have a sign at first window that says to pull ahead to pay.She asks us to park cause they are behind. The 1 car in front of us is parked as well. We waited 14 minutes. For a steak egg and cheese bagel and a bacon egg and cheese bagel. When it finally arrived the bacon egg and cheese bagel was a sausage egg and cheese bagel and my steak egg and cheese was cold, had no onions or sauce. It was literally a steak egg and cheese bagel. Nothing like it used to be .This was my first and last time ever going to the Kewaskum McDonald's.

I used to like coming here because I knew every time I would get quality service and food but for the past year or so service has been slow, and orders are rarely correct. I see a lot of new staff there that would explain the problem. Some of them even have bad attitudes. Nowadays I just pass the restaurant and find another McDonald’s because I’m expecting poor service and food.
