Fast service. Not too busy on a Sunday evening. Good comfort food, plenty of choices. Pork, beef, fish and pizza.

I used to love this place but since they got new management it is terrible! Cold cheese nuggets (2 separate orders) one order of fries were burnt, the other order was not even cooked. There service in the building was terrible when I ate in. The girls were sitting on their phones behind the bar the entire time, never checked any tables while we were there. I kept giving them chances (not sure why) but today was the last straw. I called at 4:25pm and ordered a Mac bake, a bowl of plain Mac, a cheese curds, and a sconnie fry. The girl on the phone told me 45 minutes for delivery. I waited an hour and 20 mins before calling to check on my order. The same girl answered and said oh he should be there any minute. 20 more minutes go by and at this point my kids are crying because they have been hungry since 4:30 (our normal dinner time) So I call back and the same girl answers. I say it is me again wondering what is going on with my order. She goes to check and then comes back and says oh it should be there soon. I said well that is what you said 20 minutes ago and all I ordered is fries, mac, and curds and it's been close to 2 hours. She then told me I am being dramatic and it has only been an hour and 45 minutes...I simply said just let me talk to the manager, she said sure, put me on hold and nobody ever got back on the phone. Waited 10 minutes before finally giving up and hanging up. Will never eat there again.

Totally worth the 50 minute drive! Cute place! Smokehouse Mac n cheese with burnt ends is the best and ordered everytime I go!

This is the 2nd time I’ve gotten raw chicken. Wings are always fine but every time I get a chicken sandwich it’s red. I’ll probably never order food from here

I made a pick up order for the 2 step combo meal. ordered pulled pork and the shrimp with fries and the house made mac and cheese. well I got told 25min before my order was going to be ready I got there 13min before my pick up time. my fries were cold, the amount of mac and cheese porting is so tiny then what you would even get out of a box I could buy from the store for $1. the shrimp were cold as well. the only good park was the pulled pork. also didn't come with corn bread like it says. overall I would highly suggest checking your boxes and making sure the food is hot or warm before you leave. I'm definitely not impressed after paying pretty much $34. I've heard great things but now I will not be making to go orders.

Can not say enough positive things about our experience at Parker John’s in Kiel. We had a larger group of 18 guest to celebrate some birthdays. The staff was extremely knowledgeable about the menu, kept our drinks full & served us with a smile. The menu had something for everyone and we look forward to dining there again soon.
