We used the drive thru and it took about 10 minutes to get 2 meals. A little conversation from the employees would have resulted in a higher rating. It's not hard to say we are understaffed please be patient.
The store seemed very short handed so the drive through was backing up fast counter seemed slower where the store was short handed. I feel everyone working behind the counter the drive through and the back line was doing the best they can do. Didn’t see any shift manager or any other manager working the line to help with the orders.

Love Arby's, only problem with giving 5 stars is my local Arby's had a very grumpy DT worker who was giving attitude over sauces and us asking for napkins. Other than that I really do enjoy Arby's food, especially the gyros.
