This is a 4.5 star review. It’s the perfect pre or post dinner pit stop. They have a short menu so you can stay for dinner too. The bartenders are the best pros, very knowledgeable. Peter is outstanding- had a great time discussing wines and what’s in the cellar. He also shared a little education on Glenlivet. Prices reflect resort pricing- see the menu photos. This is a cozy atmosphere, great for groups, friends or couples. This book has all the elements of a special spot. Enjoy!

My wife and I stayed at the American Club recently and decided to try The Winery for a late evening drink and listen to the fine guitar music that was being played. We were not disappointed. Our drinks were good and the music was nice.

We took advantage of a wine class hosted by the American Resort Sommelier. Our host was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the resorts broad wine selection (of over 1,100 wines), and was obviously enjoying sharing his knowledge. He took great care to explain the wine program at the resort, his vision, and then proceeded to explain the 3 choices for the tasting. Great setting and the bar also offers a great selection of cheeses/ small bites. A great , cozy spot before or after dinner.
We stopped in here for drinks and a small plate before we had dinner in the Wisconsin Room. The gnocchi small plate was truly the best thing we ate during our stay on the property, and that is by no means a knock on the other food we had--the plate was just that delicious. The bartenders were excellent as well--truly top notch service.

Extensive wine list. Mostly impressed with the cheese list. Stopped by for a glass of wine, ordered cheese flights. Very impressed with presentation. Special occasion worthy!

Cozy and semi-casual space that makes you feel comfortable. Cocktails are okay, but definitely not spectacular. Their sushi menu during the latter part of the week is good. I've been several times and it seems like some weeks are great and some are not. Overall, I enjoy coming here to take a load off and enjoy a decent cocktail.
