Ordered for pick up via their app. After getting back home, we realized they had only given us one of the two sandwiches we ordered and went back. After explaining the situation, we were told “well we’re really busy right now so it’s going to be a bit”. Not only no apology or acknowledgment, we were clearly putting them out. The bagel we ordered and did receive tasted like cardboard, and the coffee was watered down. We wound up leaving without our second sandwich and will not be back.

They forgot my wife’s food . First she ordered a cinnamon mocha and they brought out a cinnamon roll instead . Then my food showed up , but hers never came , when I approached the counter , they said they were sorry the soup was left in the microwave so they forgot about it , plus the veggie sandwich was never made . They said they would give us a whole sandwich instead of a half for no extra charge , I said my wife didn’t want a full sandwich , so how is that making up for the mistake ? We got no response.Won’t go back .

Found this place while I was in town for a wrestling tourney, great place to grab a quick bite to eat and relax. Talked to the owner who couldn't be friendlier, nice atmosphere and plenty of seating options. Had a breakfast sandwich and it was delicious. I will definitely go back!

Visited twice in one weekend. Imo consitent confusion as noted in both visits. They got our name wrong, order wrong, order came out piece meal as did many other patrons.Staff was nice but bungled over eachother like it was their first day, maybe the process is flawed.Coffee and bagles were good. This is just not an efficient in 'n out machine.Would I return, probably. I know there are other a.m. coffee options nearby to try.

Do better.I ordered the Southwest Burrito for delivery, adding bacon for an additional fee, and without onion. It showed up missing bacon and loaded with red onion. Luckily for them, there is no option for a refund. I'm so glad I paid $22 for a burrito that was incredibly wrong, and a drink I hope was right.

Glad that I stumbled on this place during my time in town, great little coffee shop with a fantastic atmosphere. The only problem is I don't live nearly close enough to be a regular! Great experience and fantastic customer service by the girls behind the bar and register. Stop in if you're in the area!

I am a frequent customer here. All of the employees have always been kind and wonderful to talk to. Recently I was have a rough week and went in for a pick me up. Grace not only went above and beyond as an employee, but as a human being. She made me feel normal for having emotions and took it upon herself to give me some extra kindness to improve my day. Genuine people like her are rare and I can’t thank her enough!

I was early to the UPS store and hungry so I walked down the block to get a coffee. When I opened the door it smelled like heaven! I’m on a low glycemic diet but they have sugar free coffee options, almond and oat milks, and delicious scrambled eggs with cheese! I will definitely be going back and maybe even make a special trip. It is awesome.

I ordered the breakfast southwest wrap and it came cold with no egg, just green pepper, onion, and tomato.

The chicken BLT sandwich had a few large chunks of chicken in it. It wasn't tasty chicken (boiled maybe?) and they kept falling out of the sandwich. A fillet, even small, would have been better. They forgot the bacon. It didn't come with cheese. Mayo came in a packet. The croissant was good though. The garden salad with chicken only had diced onions and green peppers and a couple tomatoes. The sandwich and the salad was $25. We did not care for our meals and thought the prices were too high for what you got.

If you're looking for a cozy spot to enjoy a cup of coffee, Cabin Coffee is definitely worth checking out. One thing to note is that the prices here are a little higher than you might find at some other coffee shops, but the quality and ambiance more than make up for it. Overall, I'd highly recommend Cabin Coffee.
