Our server, Aubrie, was amazing! Very personable & informative. I had the beef bourguinon per Aubrie's recommendation, very flavorful. Not from the area, but this seems to be a hidden gem! Live music was good & entertaining. Whether you live in the area or just passing through like us, well worth the stop.
Had dinner last night at Castaway’s on French Island! It was $4 martini night so of course I had to stop by! I got the special: Ribeye with creamy horseradish, mashed potatoes, and asparagus. It was delicious! For dessert, I got the chocolate lava cake. Amazing! Afterwards, I went across the street to Tom Sawyer’s for a drink with a view. The food, drinks, and service at both of the restaurants were all amazing and I will definitely be going back soon!

The food prepared by Tait, a condon bleu trained chef and service by our waitress, Sam were wonderful. I highly recommend Castaway's and can't wait until our return trip.
