The interior of this restaurant definitely needs a complete makeover. Exposed wiring, the deep fryers definitely needed to be emptied & new grease needs to be put in. Very smokie, due too filthy grease. The employees NEED to wash their hands, before touching the food. First timer here enjoying Chinese food with my friends. I will be back to visit soon.Parking: No worries. Plenty of parking lotWheelchair accessibility: There is handicap space

This is my go to place in the area for great Chinese. Their catering service is on point as well

I ordered Pork Lo Mein, and paid extra for mushrooms. If you like a pound of noodles, a few tiny little pork pieces, a few tiny mushroom pieces at an exra cost, this is your place. My cost: $20.95. For noodles. 95% noodles. Go somewhere else. Like China Buffet, or Burger King, or Wendys. At least, when you order a 1/4 pounder with cheese, you get a 1/4 pounder with cheese. And China Buffet? Everything you could want. Or eat. And, good luck with showing up on time and getting your food. Chances are (about 80% of the time) they haven't even started cooking it yet. Even though you ordered it 90 minutes in advance. Too little, too much, too slow, too expensive.

The food and service are excellent, but the prices have gone up and the dining area is not being cleaned between customers.

The food has really went downhill lately. Been going here for years. The go-to Southside Chinese place. Portions slowly got smaller, the taste and quality has significantly went down this year, but the prices keep going up. Meat is weird and rubbery. The flavors are off and bland. Very disappointed and probably giving up on ordering from here after many many years as a loyal customer.

The chicken is either breading balls or stringy, dry, overcooked chicken. Used to be one of the best Chinese restaurants in town. They claim that every order is ready in 10 minutes. It's because they clearly don't care about quality anymore.

China Star always has good soup & egg rolls, unfortunately this time they gave us crab rangoons instead of egg rolls this time. Communication issue obviously.

I had takeout and oh my god DON’T EAT HERE PLEASE. If you value your health don’t eat here. I’m a breastfeeding mother to a newborn and this food gave me food poisoning. It’s coming out both ends and I’m unable to take care of my baby by myself. I have been vomiting with diarrhea and I am so weak I might need to head to the hospital because I can’t keep food or water down. This place should be shut down. $80 order and it gets me sick. Can’t believe this.

Eating the fried chicken wings is like listening to the Beatles for the first time.

I love this place. Everything is always so good. The hot and sour soup could sustain me forever. Also, do yourself a favor and get the chicken wings.

The food is really good and the delivery went seemles. I would like to draw attention to the plastic use of all of the dishes. What happened to the old take out boxes? I order from here quite often, it just makes me sad to see all of the plastic. Yes , you can reuse them but it's still accumulates. Think about all of the food that goes out of here. By no means am I picking on this restaurant, a lot of take out is plastic.I just remember the take out cartons and they seem a lot more earth friendly.

Most everything was as expected or better. The only complaint is that some of the chicken was more breading than chicken.
