It's easily the fastest place to stop every mourning for coffee and breakfast with the walk-up and drive-through both being incredibly fast and friendly. Note there is no in-store seating it's specifically designed for fast customer service

Horrible almost every time I go! They are out of literally EVERYTHING but drinks & still have hours left of service! Saying the kitchen is closed & we're out of doughnuts...like whaaat? You're a doughnut shop/restaurant with no food..won't be going back! Also, if staff were polite it would help the situation a little.

Went through drive thru and got ice cold coffee for Jade, Logan and me. They had me pull around front to wait and they carried the drinks out to me. Very polite workers.

Correct me if I'm wrong. My order was a Medium Hot Caramel Craze Latte. When I held the cup, it felt light, so I checked and it was only 2/3rd filled. Maybe it was suppose to be like that and if so, that's too much whipped cream/ milk foam on top. Like as if I'm only paying for a small cup.

Drinks made different every time. Price different almost every time. One time there's flavor and the next time no flavor. Employees unable for some reason to give customer the total of there items before they pull ahead to pay. No consistency at all. I'd say employees have had little or no training at all. If there's a wanna be manager they obviously aren't training or don't care about they're customers. Zero consistency at all.

The last three times I have gone here for coffe A female worker with blonde hair and glasses keeps hitting on me after already knowing I have a girlfriend. She has tried being cute by putting extra stuff in my coffee Multiple multiple times now and I made her remake it. This time I came through the drive through and got two coffees and one of them had a knife hole cut into it. I didn't realize at first because it was just a slit in the side and was barely leaking, that is until I picked it up and coffee went everywhere in my car and all over me. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED NOW!!

Very slow service. Waited 10-15 min for 2 drinks. Got the food after waiting 15 minutes. Was late for work, ended up not getting our drinks. Watched the guy make our drinks and he kept starring at the cup. He didn’t even know what we ordered.

I ordered my 5 year old a Bacon wake up wrap , he ate 1/2 before accidentally dropping it in his lap. When I went to help him put it back together the shell was moldy. The taco shell, had multiple spots of mold . When I went back and told the staff they rudely said I’ll make another one and made me , throw it away…. No apology, no refund offered or anything to makeup for my child eating mold… I’m attaching photos of the mold, and the recipe. When contacted the store via email the head of Dunkin emailed back right away , but the single owner of this location hasn’t responded at all !Very disappointed, and no longer a Dunkin drinker due to thisDietary restrictions: MoldKid-friendliness: Mold

LITERALLY THE WORST!!! I used to work for Starbucks for two years, I get the stress. But at the same time it’s never even that busy when I go. They always are forgetting items I mobile order (I would count on one hand the times they got all my items in one go and were nice to me about it). Then when I ask politely for them, they tell me I didn’t order it/roll their eyes/slam the window in my face etc. I have had times where someone comes out and asks why I’m still here…… uhm I’m waiting for the drink I paid for? They are not only all awful at their jobs but they don’t even have the decency to own up to their constant mistakes and be a genuinely nice person. There are two specific older girls, both with brown hair, that are the most condescending people you’ll ever meet. Don’t go here. Go anywhere else. I have given them chance after chance thinking they are busy, or it’s just this time of year. It’s all the time. There is no excuse for just being a rude person.
