Either when we're craving Chinese food, have anything planned for dinner, don't want to go out, or in the area will pick up on my way home.Their food has improved a lot in the last year!

Ordered a beef and broccoli, light on rice, paid extra for extra meat and got a bowl as you can see in the photo that doesn't add up to the cost. They have made their crab rangoon half of what they used to be.
Be careful. The fried rice changed so much here in the last two years... I would be careful what I order. I ment to order the dinner combo, but ordered the full entree..

No chop sticks, No fork, No Napkin makes your run-of-the-mill chinese food delivery pretty awful to deal with. You Should definitely seek out their competition. Because whatever they're doing has to be better than this.

Ordered sweet and sour chicken with a side of beef lo mein. The restaurant packed the breaded chicken in the same container as the beef lo mein??? Breading was soggy and covered in lo mein sauce. Why are you sabotaging your food with poor decisions??

We placed a delivery order and was told it would be 60-90 minutes. I called two hours later and was told it was on its way. 30 minutes later I called again only to be told it hadn't been made yet and it would be another 60 minutes to get it

4 hours of waiting and still no food. Called 3 times to check on the order and they continued to say let me have my manager call you back. We tried to cancel and it took about 10 minutes and 3 different people on the phone to do just that. 4 hours of waiting just to cancel the order. Yikes.

I thought I walked into the wrong building when I went here. It looked more like a storage area for an old restaurant, but it turned out to be the place. Everything needed updating, repairing, and de-cluttering. The only people eating there were a couple of the family members who own the place.
It's takeout mainly. A few booths to sit or wait but you wouldn't want to. Place isn't nice atmosphere but good food and fast takeout.

We didn't actually go there we ordered our food to be delivered. The food was delivered on time and still hot. As always it was good and reasonably priced. It is nice that they add some extras with larger orders.
Placed an online order. Called after an hour and a half and still had not received our order. They said the manager was busy and he would call back. After another 30 mins (2 hours total) we tried calling back 4 times with no answer. Called on a different phone and they picked up right away. Said the manager would have to call back and they would not give their name or the managers name. Food had been paid for when ordering.

I had an order for pick up and it was not what I ordered. I called to get an reorder smh and the woman that I spoke to said it was my fault. I didn't get a refund and she basically said F ME. AND HUNG UP.... TERRIBLE!

I'm a sucker for meals that come with fried rice, and an egg roll or Rangoon, so it's no surprise that Great Wall is my go to Chinese restaurant in Lacrosse. I get the lunch special or dinner special. My favorite is the sesame chicken or the chicken and mushrooms. The prices are actually really good and portions are generous. Although the dining area leaves a lot to be desired, this is the PERFECT spot if you are a fan of takeout! As the name implies, this establishment is great :D
