“AMAZING GLUTEN FREE CRUST! I was driving through town on a road trip and desperate for something gluten free to eat. I had very low expectations because I didn’t see many options in the area. This place has, by far, the best gluten free pizza crust I’ve ever had at a restaurant in my 8 years going GF. It’s perfectly thin and crispy and charred along the edges. I got the sausage and onion and it was absolutely divine. The sausage was beautifully seasoned and the onions were that perfect shade of golden brown caramelization. Oh, and it’s VERY reasonably priced for the quality—normally I feel I have to pay a premium for mediocre gluten-free food, but not tonight. This find may be the highlight of my trip!“
“I placed an order to go because I was in a hurry. I figured it would be ready when we got there and we could eat there quick before heading on our way. Well, I placed it at the wrong location. The staff was super helpful. They called the other location and got it all figured out and got us our food very quickly. And it was delicious as always! I meant to say thank you before we left but we were rushing and they were helping a customer. So I hope the staff sees this, and the owner. You have an amazing team!“
“Sagra is a hidden gem. I hope they stick around doing exactly what they are executing perfectly. Amazing meals - crawfish spicy pasta and lamb Ragu VERY good. Crawfish pasta was unique - nothing like I’ve had before. Italian inspired but still stood on its own. I could tell care was put into it. Hearty portion all together but a lot of crawfish too! ? my husband had the lamb ragu and it was MELT in your MOUTH! Pasta was cooked perfectly. (For sure order the lamb!) The gnocco pillows with house-aged proccuto were AMAZING. Service was laid back but impeccable. Prices were affordable. Even Made me feel special on my birthday!! We will be back.
