Well done, I rarely give 5 stars across the board but this place earns them. Ethan our server currently enrolled at UW Lacrosse was very good. Ravioli was excellent. Foxglove cabernet is a great choice of wine. A wonderful place and a very nice evening.

Visiting from out of town and this place was suggested. We've come to enjoy the dining options in the area and this place did not disappoint. The food was excellent, the staff friendly and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. We worked our way through most of the appetizers, thoroughly enjoyed the entrees, and saved room for dessert. Everything was fantastic, though a seriously great highlight was the Butter Washed Old Fashioned. Whoever came up with this concoction deserves a medal. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Best restaurant in town! Fabulous food and great atmosphere. Make sure to arrive early to wait for a table because they fill up quickly and allow reservations for 6+ people. The food is always delicious and can accommodate my gluten free and dairy free needs while keeping my family happy too. My son absolutely loves Joan and asks to go there to see her regularly.I would like to see some new additions to the menu but the current menu are classic gems done perfectly. Perfect for a family dinner, date night, friends meetup or any occasion. Service has always been great and attentive. Already looking forward to our next visit.

The food was so good I would like to eat there nightly. Apple salad and pear salad were great starters. We had the trout and pappardelle entrees, and flourless cake and donuts for dessert. The staff is super friendly. Expect a wonderful experience when you dine here

Nothing better around, hands down--phenomenal food, excellent cocktails, spot on service, and the vibe!!! Haven't tried anything on the menu that wasn't delicious, but the chicken thighs are succulent with a little spice that make them my go-to. Perfect for a special occasion, but don't wait for one to enjoy it.

Went for an anniversary dinner and had some fantastic food and drinks. The Grilled lamb spiedini is a must have app! When we go back I might just order a couple of those for my dinner haha. The waitstaff is on top of their game. I've been to a couple of Gordon Ramsay's places out in Vegas and a couple other high end ones and don't know that I've had the level of attention there that we did here. In between apps and main course they'd be sure to make sure there were no crumbs on the table and just overall very attentive. If you're looking for a great night out to celebrate look no further!
Don’t usually do reviews but Love Child was such a wonderful experience that I thought a shout-out was deserved.First timers and we will be back.Our server Lydia was wonderful! Attentive without hovering! And very friendly! My husband had the lamb shank and he said it was above awesome! The best or one of the best he has had and he loves lamb. I had a mushroom pasta dish and this too was excellent! Temp being the only degrade. For dessert tried two that others online had lovedFlourless chocolate cake w Carmel and cinnamon doughnuts w lemon curd. I can say the reviews we read were spot onWell done Love Child
Very conflicted on how to review. The actual food and our server was awesome so I’d highly recommend, but the bartender was rude. She rolled her eyes at & about patrons multiple times. Plus she kept touching her hair/face and biting her nails which is just sooooo unsanitary. Definitely check it out but maybe just stick with water
Lamb appetizer is AMAZING. SeaBass is definitely a repeat. Don't even get me started on the chocolate cake with coffee mousse! Having previously been in the service industry and currently being an at home experimental cook..... it takes a lot to impress me. Love child definitely hits my top 3 favorite places to dine. Thank you Ethan for being an amazing server! .
We had the Beet citrus salad, Chilean sea bass with clams, Braised beef, and Chocolate cake. All dishes were excellent. The beet salad was a wonderful combination of flavores, and the sauce on the sea bass was a particular treat. Highly recommend.

Our server, Alex, was awesome. Came across as happy & kind & was very engaging. He was very attentive & the service was not too slow or too fast. It was just right. Alex answered all our questions & knew exactly how to describe every dish. The food tasted very good & everything was seasoned just right. Perfect portions & excellent value for the price.The decor & the lighting were pleasing to our eyes.I posted two negative pictures because the management/owners should pay more attention to furniture. The table top is peeling as you can see & the cushion is worn out. The cushion is less of a problem than the surface used to serve food.
