Prioritizes online orders instead of the line building inside of the building

There was a line of 6+ people, we waited in line for 30 minutes while they prioritized online orders that ended up not even being picked up the whole time we were there. Very annoying to stand in line for that long.

To the dude that was working around 2:30pm, on nov 19th, today you suck. I asked you simple questions then you explained them to me like I was stupid when you easily could have said yes or no. Also speak up, no one was there and you were still mumbling. You made a great sandwich though.

Went in at 7:30 on a Sunday...they close at 9. I was not greeted and told that they had no bread and wouldn't turn on the toasters even though they did not close for another hour and a half. I was treated with extreme disrespect when asking questions. Joe was extremely unfriendly and is giving this location an extremely poor reputation. He needs to be taught customer service.

The blonde lady (we believed her name was Kate) was the RUDEST person I have come across in a long time. While I understand everyone has bad days, it's your job to treat people with kindness and respect. After calling the store to make a complaint to the manager, the young man on the phone seemed uninterested in our request to talk to the manager and hung up on us. All around horrible experience and I will never be back again.

Incredibly slow and bad customer service. Only bread available was white and by the time I got my toasted sandwich it was back to room temperature. Recieved about 1/3 of the portions a sandwich should have.

Went to the la crosse location today and had the worst experience ever. Immediately when my friend walked in a customer already seated said “be careful the lady at the front has an attitude”. When my frroend approached the counter for our door dash order, the order didnt have the chips and drinks with it, it was also not on the reciept; but we showed both staff members the doordash orders where we had order two subs as meals and added chips and drinks. Immediately the employee on staff (I believe her name was Michelle) started to yell and say “you get what you pay for you cant come here and try to get free things”. She was very cold and dismissive; rolling her eyes and walking away. I took a step back to re-check my door dash order; the coworker with her even said, “it doesnt look like the two subs would total to $52.00 even with double meat on one of them” she continued to be dismissive to hom as well as us and proceded to call her manager. She brought the phone back shortly and let me speak to the manager whos main concern was my friend (a black man) supposedly said he would shoot the place up. Now this threw me for a loop because me not him not once had we escalated and said anything like that.The whole experience took about 45 mins, after a long day of advocating in or communit at work this experience greatly overstimulated me and also caused my friend anxiety because he is never the type to harm anyone or anything.When striving fot good customer service, things like “you get what you pay for” “ if you cant afford things you cant get them” I cant help you” shkuld never be said. I am a past employee at Subway and I know this is not what Subway wants to be viewed as somewhere that offers this type of customer service.

The food wasn't delicious but it also wasn't bad. the guy in front of me was from doordash, so I was confused which sub was mine because the order was already placed and he didn't have to be in line.Vegetarian options: If you wanted to, there are vegan options.Parking: Small parking lot. No street parking because it was on two busy roads.

Skipped on the meat typically would get 4 full slices and this time was half or partial slices also skimmed on veggies. Donot like the fact employees have to be told to help instead of just jumping in when busy.

My roommates and I go to this subway quiet frequently about every other day. I understand that every sub is different and the quality of them will vary, but Dakota needs to be retaught how to make them. He has made multiple subs for us, all being terrible quality. We will ask for extra of toppings and he will put 3 of that said thing on. If I go and look at the rules you are allowed to put as much of a topping on your sub that you ask for. Along with this he does not fold the sub properly so that all the contents of the sub are falling out and making a mess. If he is new I understand that, but where is the quality of work. The other workers are phenomenal and make amazing subs, why is he not trained the same?

Ordered at 6:20 for a 7:05 order and when I got there I waited and even let a doordash delivery driver jump in front of making my sub. It is 7:35 now subs still aren’t ready and good ol subway employee Emory or Emolly (Couldn’t read the name on the hat) from Subway said “That app lies” It is now 7:40 I waited for over a half an hour and if I didn’t pre pay I would have just left. I ordered it later for a reason so I could be here in a timely manner, but waited for a good half an hour to hear “The app lies” when it said it was ready for pick up at 7:05. I didn’t get even an apology just “The app lies”
