I ordered(online) my usual sandwich, which when made correctly, should taste like freshness, and spiciness, and vinaigrette. I got like five pieces of lettuce, and even less spinach, thus throwing off the flavor balance and causing my sub to taste of bitterness and despair. Also the lady working at the store didn't seem to know there's a salad chopper for them to use making salads, so the salads we ordered weren't made properly either because everything was in there whole. It was wholly a disappointing experience.

I wish I could rate them lower; my husband and I have tried going to this subway multiple times over the years and have NEVER been impressed with the customer service, food or ingredients available. Today topped the cake; I asked for a pretzel with salt, pretty simple and tough to mess up. After the worker warmed the pretzel, put on the butter and salt, I asked for cheese dip which is normally accompanied by pretzels. After we had already paid and I had the pretzel in my hand, she told me they don't have the cheese and didn't offer me anything in return. My husband's sub was messy, and she definitely didn't know how to cut a foot long sub in half. Thoroughly unimpressed with how few ingredients and sandwich/food options are ever available at this location. Half the menu is marked that they no longer offer it and the other half is hit and miss, but they don't tell you until you pay for your food. NEVER GO HERE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Whoever manages this location needs to be fired or retrained by someone competant.

I'm so disgusted with the SUBWAY (in WALMART) on 4622 Mormon Coulee Road in La Crosse, WI. Friends, if you want to be treated with respect, please don't go to this Subway location. A very disgruntled and extremely rude employee (who I will not name), should be ashamed of her behavior. I have called customer service and have also emailed Subway about this unfortunate experience. Shame, shame on you Subway!

Worst subway location in the coulee region. Service is slow and customer service is non-existent. I still occasionally stopped because of the convient location in Walmart. Recently got subs to go. When we got home there was a very long black hair baked into the bread. Absolutely disgusting. I get it mistakes happen but someone wasn't following proper food prep protocols. I called the store to make a complaint, they said there was no manager working so they couldn't help unless I drove 20min back to store. They took down information for manager to call. Never received call. Called again few days later and the manager was nice and understanding. Stated they would send gift card in mail. Never received that gift card months later. Will never return to this subway location.

Truly awful customer service. Stopped by to just get pretzels and cookies, should be simple in and out, not a made to order meal. The first employee took an absurd amount of time on the order ahead of us, clearly in no hurry to swab containers in the bar. Repeatedly misheard our request for pretzels as sandwiches no matter how many times we repeated ourselves. Finally told us he wasn't "trained" to do that. Second employee eventually comes to work on it but can't find the cinnamon-sugar and disappears for a long time, very annoyed and unapologetic attitude. Overall, super unfriendly and unhelpful employees, took far too long for the simplest order, and items should have been better stocked beforehand to prevent all the delays.

Completely horrible experience. They do not know how to make the subs on the menu for starters secondly the lady working was completely annoyed that my wife asked for a pretzel and a icee even though they sell both. Also the other person who was working refused to make a sandwich and do anything besides stand behind the cash register. Do not bother going to this Subway when there is a subway justa couple of blocks away also on Mormon Coulee.
