I decided to try the new flatbread and when I got home, it wasn’t even done. It was extremely doughy. I had to put it on the pizza pizzaz in hopes it gets cooked the right way. And this is why I never go there. Utterly disgusted.

We ordered 2 of their party boxes, but when we got our food it was all thrown in one bag, half of the order was missing and made wrong. And then when we got our replacement stuff nothing was wrapped in the packages and all the fillings were in the bag. Get it tougher taco bell

Ordered three of the grilled cheese nacho fries. In all three boxes there was a total of 5 fries, no sauce on them. Worst Taco Bell order I have ever had. Not even worth 25 cents an order. Not to mention the being told there’s a 30 minute wait after waiting for 25 minutes in the drive thru already. Save yourself the hassle and money and go to the Mormon Coulee Taco Bell instead. At least they will give you your food, it will be warm, and there will be more than 1 nacho fry per order. WORST TACO BELL ORDER EVER. Beyond disappointing even for late night fast food.
