Well done on that, makes or breaks the meal for me if I get a mouthful of salt at some point :) Atmosphere is neat enough in the store, but Jackson and West Ave are directly outside, detracting substantially from the view with *all* of the types of traffic moving along them and into the park.. This is not Taco John's fault, but a City of La Crosse problem that Taco John's is unfortunately located next to.

My daughter and I was in town for a Dr. Apt. And this place still has taco burgers!!!!! 1 of 3 place we have found! We love them! So thank you so much for feeding our craving!! FYI the other 2 are Alexandra mn. And Evansville Indiana. ( taco burgers ) that I have found and ate at.

Floor was sticky by the soda fountain. The soda was wiped up, but it could have used a quick mopping.
Worst service I have ever experienced in my life. The manager berated us over our order because there was a misunderstanding. Claiming we said something we didn't and we were more than happy for pay for the item but she said this was the only time they would remake our food and said that her and two others can say we said that. I was flabbergasted. I haven't been back there since and just thinking about it makes me not want to go there still. That manager needs to learn better communication skills and maybe let the customer get a word in edge wise so that she could have just learned that we were willing to pay for the item regardless of whose mistake it was.

This was the 2nd time I've visited this Taco John's, since I have a daughter that attends UW-La Crosse and I occasionally get to town a bit earlier than I had anticipated and need a place for a quick bite while waiting for her to get done with class. As with most of the Taco John's that I've visited, the staff was polite and quick to get my orders done and got my order completely correct. When all you're doing is getting a quick meal, what more could you ask for ?

Love and miss taco John's so so badly. I wish there was one in Louisville. You can't go wrong with a 6 pack and a pound and that's what we got today. The potato okra were so fresh, so piping hot. The tacos were crispy. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They even gave us two free churros for spending a lot of money, will be back thank you again.

My past visit was terrible. Bad/ inappropriate jokes and missing food. I've been there in the past and it used to be a good place to get a quick meal. I don't think I'll ever go back.
