They don't have most Starbucks items and rewards do not work here but still has some Starbucks drinks and comfy seating

Never again. They were not busy. 1 person doing the cooking. Every one complaining. I waited 2 hours just to get BLT and fries. The Bistro should not be open if they can't handle the clientele. I was going to eat there but it took so long, I took it up to my room.

Stayed here for work Sept , Oct and it is just great. The staff is very nice! There is a small pool and a hot-tub glass windows to see the river. Its nice place to sit when its cold. The Bar looks out on the river. Breakfast lunch and dinner with lounge and tv's in the booths. The patio outside is great they have a fire pit and allow smoking. Its a short walk to everything and a short drive to anything. Parking can be a problem in La Crosse its best to walk, ride bike etc. The rooms are nice the location is perfect.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Lots of outdoor seating along the river. Caroline made it a great memory as she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable.

The only place we stay in LaCrosse. The hotel has comfortable beds, a Starbuck's and is on the riverfront! A morning coffee watching the river barges is so relaxing. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Clarissa, Matt and Justin. The rooms have such comfortable beds too.

This Courtyard is beautifully situated along the Mississippi River in La Crosse. It is a great hotel and the staff is WONDERFUL! The only reason we stay at the Fairfield is because of the free breakfast. Pricing sometimes is weird and the Courtyard is cheaper but again... free breakfast is not offered!

We have been to this property many times, this weekend was for our daughter's wedding. I booked 3 rooms and the hotel was great to work with. Clean, nice pool, great staff. Best staff ever were the ones working in the Bistro on Sunday, Father's Day. They were beyond delightful, serving us outside and making us feel right at home. Thank you so much for this!

While staying at the hotel, we enjoyed the delicious breakfasts from the Bistro. The staff is A+ in friendliness and the view of the Mississippi River only feet away from the window is spectacular!
