I really didn’t wanna say anything bad about my experience but I feel as it should be said because how terrible our experience was. My husband and I decided to go there for my birthday and we got there 5 mins before our reservation so we got told we were a little early, if we could wait so we did. Once it hit our reservation time we went back & he told us to wait a couple more mins so we did , 10 mins after we got seated. For the other people they got there around the same time as us & they got seated right away .. Beautiful view by the way but we didn’t get any service within the 40 mins of us being there . We didn’t want to say anything because we thought the servers were busy so we just kept talking but it was taking a long time & we didn’t get served water or anything . We didn’t want to think anything of it so we waited but when we saw another couple get seated, they got their service right away and that’s when we were like okay and walked out. Not only that but within the time of us being there, the people that I mentioned earlier that got seated right away they had already gotten their food and everything . We were ashamed of how this went about, it was very unprofessional of them.

Went to crafted Italia during lake Geneva trip. The mushroom pizza and salmon was okay, tasted good but pricey. The tiramisu was amazing!! Service was good and they have live music on the weekends which was good as well.

The Ravioli Fritte appetizer was good, my scallops risotto was excellent and my wife enjoyed her shrimp scampi though it was a very non-traditional shrimp scampi. Their tiramisu was awesome! Our waitress was quite professional!

I will definitely be back yet a bit cautious on my order. Overall everything was good. I usually test the Italian side of an Italian restaurant with the feel good comfort of spaghetti and meatballs. It was good and I enjoyed it. Next time I'd order the rib eye. May pasta was delivered to the table within a few minutes which right off the bat says I have mushy reheated pasta being served. It was al dente, ok, I can manage. The sauce was good but either overcooked or jarred. The meatballs were unbelievable and absolutely delicious; flavorful and tender. The meatballs helped me set aside the negativity of the pasta. The service by the way was outstanding. The view of the lake and outdoor walk way was amazing. I am always in search of good Italian cuisine. I need to stop focusing on the Italian side and start enjoying the American fare.

We ordered the house crafted zeppole, ravioli fritti, pepperoni pizette, and the Margherita pizette. The food was edible, however, flavor was lacking despite the basil and tomato sauces. The cheese in the ravioli was the most flavourful ingredient. I was overall disappointed with this meal.

Food is delicious but service is terrible. When we arrived they were slammed so we excused the service but as the night went on and the restaurant cleared, we realized it was the service staff and not the patrons causing the heavy wait times. For being a restaurant with a high listing they should retrain the hosts and wait staff.

The Risotto here is a God send!! You should definitely try the crème brûlée as well!!
We visited on a Saturday night. Loved the view of the patio and Lake Como/Geneva National off in the distance. Good calamari, baked penne, scallop Parmesan risotto, and fettuccine bolognese. Meal was served at a reasonable time enabling us to enjoy appetizers and a beverage. We'll be back again soon.
The food was very salty, I ordered Prime Rib, worst prime rib I ever had, very salty. The noise level was extremely high, hard to carry on a conversation with the people at our table. We will not ever return.
First visit to the Lake Geneva area. Special occasion for my wife and I. Very much looked forward to splurging on dinner. We made reservations. Arrived. No hostess. Hello??? Hello? No greeting. Oh there she is. Sweatshirt and ugh boots???? Seated at the window overlooking the beautiful courtyard. Finally. Nope!!!! No service. Sit. Wait. Wait. Wait. Awful sitting there w your wife begging to take drink order. Finally, server arrives. Out of fear not ever seeing her again, we gave her drinks, appetizer, entree. Food was good. Can we get salt and pepper??? Server kept disappearing. Check plz. Gave credit card. Hello? Are you coming back? Get ready to leave a tip and realize she gave us another table's bill. WTF!!! Confusion. Hostess was pointless to help. Get your food to go. The service at this place was the worse!!!!!

Food was decent, service was terrible, our server left thought that we would get better service and we didn't, maybe they were short staffed idk, both servers were very nice , it was just sloooowwww .. restaurant is pretty good was decent, they add a 20% gratuity in with the bill.. there were 3 of us.. so idk what that's about

My dance partner and I were there to dance to a band we had not heard before. We've been in the room next to Crafted Italia several times dancing to Big Al Wetzel. Last time the room was closed and we danced in Crafted Italia. We wondered why. We found out why. They remodeled the room and removed the wood floor section in favor of carpet. Carpet is not a good surface for dancing. Unfortunate! We won't be back. Shame!

Our appetizer was calamari which was served 1st to us then the couple beside us got theirs within 5 min after we got our appetizer. We ordered steak & shrimp scampi pasta that took forever to come. The couple beside us were already eating when our food arrived. It actually took longer for us to wait than to eat our food. Disappointed in service.
