Over 10 minutes for 2 shakes and 2 ice creams. 3 other cars got their order before me even though they ordered after. I actually had to call the store to see where my order was. They said there was a "miscommunication" and offered nothing for the inconvenience. This place sucks.

Culvers food is great but my god. Half the place empty, we are still eating and one of the staff starts collecting and clearing our table. We had been eating maybe 5 minutes. We hadn’t even gotten ice cream for the kids and she took the wrapper my eldest was using like a plate. Never had I had anyone do this at a Culvers. Also, plenty of tables that were empty needed wiping down so why do this. I eventually had to tell them we were fully capable of clearing our table. I mean, there are plenty of empty tables, why rush people out?!?Another employee ended up having to come out to wipe tables. Horrible customer service. Also, when we came in, saying “Are you going to order” isn’t great either.Wish I had read reviews before coming. Would have saved us a visit. Plenty of other locations next door to try.

Ordered a Culver's Deluxe and some other items for the family. Person at the window didn't give me all of my drinks and then questioned me when I asked for the rest (poor service).The Deluxe burger was not their Deluxe as it was wrapped in paper and not in the box. Upon opening, the burger was a regular cheeseburger on their regular bun and Smothered in ketchup. We went back in to have them replace the burger. We drove off thinking it was corrected when in fact we received ANOTHER regular cheeseburger, but this time it was still Smothered in ketchup and burnt/dry (did they hand me back the same burger?)
