Love this dunkin best coffee, there workers are always super friendly.. I'd rather go here 20 mins from my house versus the brand new one that opened in my own town in paddock lake.

Heading back to Chicago we stopped in for a quick bite. The cashier was very sweet and although she looked new and took a few to get our order straight in the system she was very apolegetic and because of her sweetness I told her to take her time. I love the boston creme by the way its one of my favorite donuts. They also got my french vanilla hot extra cream extra sugar coffee on point. Such a big eat in area upstairs. Very comfortable and they actually have a patio. Definitely will be back when I visit Lake Geneva during the summer.

Stopped in today to pick up some bagels. Waited 2 full minutes for someone to ask me if I could be helped, with no one in front of me. The restaurant did not appear understaffed. I counted 6 employees. A young woman asked if she could help me eventually. I asked I bagels were available. She said they were in back. I asked if they were I could get a dozen. She asked if I wanted them toasted, I replied no...just a dozen bagels. I asked if they were fresh and she assured me yes. She spent the next 3 minutes trying to ring up the bagels. She could not do it. She kept trying to get help but was being ignored by coworkers. She mentioned they were just making fun of her. Finally, she got someone to notice her and come over. Then I had to re-explain my order. I finally said thanks but no thanks. I felt sorry for the poor kid. I have no idea what the product quality is or the price. Ended up at Simple bakery. Woman there gave me 2 loaves of bread for the price of 1.I have lived in town for 35 years. First visit to Dunkin will be my last. Seems like a place to service drive thru tourists who won't be back. Oh well...?

Ordered a large iced coffee w/regular amount of cream and sugar. Recieved a cup so full of ice I couldn't even get my straw all the way through to the bottom. There was also so much sugar in there that each sip was untolerably gritty and sweet that it rendered the drink undrinkable even after attempting to mix it into a different cup. Unbelievable how they could serve this to anyone. Hope DD QC department sees this ASAP. I'm a local and will never be returning to this location. I normally don't make this type of review but I'm posting for public knowledge.
Efficient staff, clean location, well stocked assortment(9 am on a Sunday morning) for a pitstop breakfast while traveling.

Ordered online and went through drive up to pick it up. I get the window and the girl gives me a tiny box for four donuts and tells me they are frozen. I take them anyway. I get home there is only twi donuts and the frosting is completely stuck to the top of box and the dough was really frozen. I went back and got my money back. Heather the on duty manager was polite but she definitely needs to get some sort of quality control with her crew. Who would actually give that to a paying customer. I will be going to Starbuck from now on and I hate there coffee but you get good items not frozen or that it looks like it was dragged down the road
