Amazing service, bad food. My $80 steak was mediocre at best. My wife's $45 hallibut was not good at all. Very disappointing, especially when you consider the price. For that much, we should have been blown away. Texas Roadhouse puts this steakhouse to shame.

MASSIVELY OVERPRICED! I have been coming here for years and it has always been expensive but food and drinks are WAY over the top. Quality is what you would expect even at a much lower price level so you're not paying for the most well prepared food on earth. $72 for a 14 oz Delmonico? Not from me you don't. Reservation was at 5:45 and we could not be accommodated early even though the place was mostly empty. "Come back later." I was being treated by my partner for a birthday meal but I am against overpaying no matter who is picking up the tab so I declined any steak options and had the pound of clams. I found the looong diatribe about the menu offerings from the server kind of annoying and the frequent visits smacked of rushing us through our meal. There's a fine line between attentive service and getting the bum's rush. There's no value here. Sadly I will not be back.

Every year we dine at the Chophouse during GaryCon and this year for Founders and Legends as I am a guest of these shows We always look forward to eating here and it seldom disappoints! They accommodated extra add on's to our table reservation and also half way through our meal! The service was wonderful and everyone had a great meal! The Steak was cooked perfectly even if I didn't get a photo because I was too busy eating it! We had a table for 6 that became more like 10+ probably because we sat at the prime people watching table where we can watch them walk by but also they can see us!

Delicious food, great experience! Ashley our server was incredibly knowledagle and you could tell she was passionate about her job! Great views of the golf course, intimate and to top it off, THAT CHEESECAKE. The brazino and the delmanico huge hits as well Shout out to the floor manager Zach, he was hitting every table and ensuring the restaurant looked clean and the kitchen was on track.

Hands down the best steak I’ve ever had, twice now. I have eaten at Jake’s Steakhouse , Bartolottas, Union House and many others that are all great but this place is on another level. The Steak quality as well as how it’s cooked is absolutely perfect. Can’t say enough, will be eating here every year when we come to the hotel for the men’s retreat every year now. Perfection!!

Amazing service, amazing atmosphere & GREAT DRINKS! Steak tasted a bit burnt on the outside , but temperature was perfect. Which was a bit odd, otherwise everything was super good. Will be coming back again soon :).

The food was amazing. The sides are large enough to share, so we did a sampling for the table; everything was great (especially the mushrooms). Our server, Stephanie, was kind and professional. She made the evening very special.

Up Town

I asked them to set a table up right next to the roast beef so that I can smell it. And they complied, man, did I fall into that trap. Yeah, I was close enough... in the restaurant. Really good food hands down my recommendation. Reservations needed, call ahead and a servant family style. But you can also order from a menu Bon Appetit!

We had a reservation, we called to confirm it. We were unable to get ahold of anyone and finally spoke with Jennifer, a resort operator. She was kind enough to make sure that the reservation we thought we had we did. Once coming back from being on hold she confirmed with us we had a table. She apologized for the confusion and informed us that desert was on them this evening. Upon arrival we were seated at a very nice table near the window, once seated a young lady approached us and dropped off an envelope. The front of the envelope had our name hand written on it. Inside the envelope was a very thoughtful hand written note as well as two gift cards for a complimentary drink or desert. Jennifer is GOLD. Now to the food, we both had amazing meals: we had the Delmonico ribeye steak (cooked perfectly), wonderful seared scallops with a delicious mushroom risotto and a side of lobster Mac n cheese as our side which was nice and not too rich. Finished the meal with our complimentary desert, we chose the brown butter pear pie which was a great choice not too sweet and perfect to share! Last but not least we had the pleasure of meeting Zach the GM who was a very thoughtful person. The end

Every year I drive in from Chicago to take my best friend to The Chop House for her birthday. Every year it is amazing from start to finish. This year it was a terrible disappointment . My friends son and daughter in law joined us for a drink. Our server Sherry first of all mixed up a drink that we explained to her 4 times. When she brought the drinks we had to say can we put in an appetizer order? We ordered the Braised Meatballs Oyster Rockefeller and Tempura Cauliflower all of them were amazing‼️ Then Sherry came back I ordered another drink and she never said do you want to put an order in. 20 minutes later I flagged her down and said you can cancel my drink her response was “ the bar is really backed up”. We then said can we get boxes for our leftovers and the check. She said you aren’t ordering entrees? We said we would have 20 minutes ago but now we are done. We planned on the crab cake filet mushrooms. Honestly if she had been apologetic we would have ordered it to go . So then Sebastian the “ supervisor came to the table we told him everything that happened and he just kept saying I’m so sorry your experience was not good. I never look for anything but he could care less about making us feel better about the situation. I admit I am a very generous tipper and I left a terrible tip instead I tripled what I would have given and gave it to the Uber driver‼️
