The little girl with straight hair that took our order was extremely rude, my ice cream that I ordered fell over so I asked her nicely if I could get a new one, she did not give me any napkins and when she went to give me a new I cream she took the ice cream off the original cone with her hand and touched it, and then she put new cream on top of that which is really unsanitary, after I called her out for it she started yelling and saying extremely rude things to be instead of apologizing and owning up to her mistakes, then the guys she was flirting with then proceeded to tell her In front of me that he’s her witness and nothing happened to make it look like I’m the bad guy. That girl should be fired for not only violating the health code and lying but for arguing with a customer that did nothing.

would give zero. employees very disrespectful and started yelling at customer while i was ordering. when i ordered, same girl was still being very disrespectful and was paying attention to teenage boys rather than the customer. she had a very bad attitude.

KC Senior and her daughter KC junior are amazing and so nice. They need to.open up some locations in Illinois. To open the Dole whip season, they have cherry, pineapple, or cherry pineapple swirl to.choose from.

Visited Lake Geneva with my family and went to get ice cream here with my daughters. The girl who took our order was extremely rude. She asked if my other daughter was having the same thing as the older one and I said the same cone but with cookies and cream ice cream not chocolate. Then she hands the ice cream and it was the same as the older daughters. I told her I wanted cookies and cream and not chocolate and she snatched the cone from my hand, rolled her eyes, muttered under her breath and continued making the cone with an attitude and made the whole “taking the kids out for ice cream” a disaster. No one that acts like that should be serving customers, especially giving attitude towards children. She had brown eyes, and long dark brown hair and seemed to be under 20 years old.
Dell & Carrie are awesome to talk to. They service they provide is 2nd to none. Nice variety of frozen treats!

We saw an advertisement in the local magazine for KC clubhouse in Lake Geneva near lake Como. . We gave it a try and enjoyed the rib dinner and broasted chicken. Food was fresh, nicely prepared and great service. We will definitely go back

The person working the little treat shack was super friendly and the cheese filled pretzel we got was piping hot and just the thing for walking along the beach. All the ice cream looked good too, but it was a bit too chilly to give it a try.

I asked a friend for a reference for a Friday Fish Fry. Some of the old faithful local places have gotten complacent, bland, and cheap (frozen hockey pucks for potato pancakes, unreal). A friend said KCs is a good choice for a fish fry. He was spot on with the suggestion. The place has been updated, food was good and most importantly the potato pancakes were fresh, hot, and delicious. Baked and fried equally excellent. Our waitress was Fantastic, drinks were well poured, food was hot, and this is a new favorite. I saw lots of other choices and would come back to try them. The waitress and service was unbelievable for speed. I know it was offseason but the service was fast and food was hot and tasty. This is my new favorite Friday fish fry place but there are lots of other choices to fill the week here.
