Ordered over $50 worth of food through the drive thru tonight, came home, the chicken was dry, asked for original recipe was given a mixture. Not satisfied at all to say the least!!!!!

Just wanted chicken but was told 8n drive thru they were closing. This should of been my first clue. After ordering in the Drive-Thru I took my meal home. I ordered chicken tenders and mashed potatoes. I also ordered lemonade but they did not put the lid on and it spilled in my car. The chicken was hard as a rock. Clearly this chicken had been sitting there for quite a number of hours and was not edible not even close I tossed it in the garbage. People used to have pride in their work and what they handed sold. Clearly, this is not the case with this restaurant. Don't bother eating here unless you are into old over priced rubber cold chicken. Staff cant even put a lid on a cup.

The service was extremely slow, and they ran out of chicken and only had dark meat available. All the tables were dirty and so was the floor. They need a hard look at management changes.

Decided to try the 20 fill-up promotion. Waste of money. No flavor to the fries ?, biscuits were DRY. If you want good chicken. Go to kwik trip. Bigger portions, less

Steer clear of this pox on society.This location is closed more often than open. Did an online order, got confirmation if any thru then 10 minutes before we go to pick up they send a message that the order failed. My wife stopped to do order on person and was no signs saying closed abs no cars in parking lot. Out of the 3 Yum brand restaurateurs in LKG, KFC and Pizza Hut need to be closed for terrible service, unreliable hours, and just wasting space in the real estate they occupy.
I wish I could order some chicken nuggets there, but we are in a rush.

We arrived there at 6:55pm, before closing and right away the counter person yelled at us the they are closing soon and cannot serve us in the dining area. Our only option was take out. Of course, we did not feel welcome at all. If they want to be home at 7:01pm, the ly should close doors at 6:00pm. If the establishment is open until 7pm, I should be able to get in there at 6:59pm and be served politely. I was there with my family, including a baby, and they sent us out the door. I had to purchase only chicken. They did not have any chicken breast. Mind you, the drive up is still open until later... I was hoping management or the owners would reach out to apologize, but I see too many 1-star reviews... I can tell they no longer care. I'm never coming back to this location.
