Bf ordered a pizza with 1/2 & 1/2 toppings. Very sloppy put together. I couldn’t eat anything from my half. Staff looked excessively grungy.

DO NOT DINE HERE!!! Worst restaurant I have ever been to!! Walked in and it had a musty smell.. t.v. in the corner was hanging off the wall.. complete silence filled the dining area. Menu does not have prices on it. They give you paper plates to eat off of. $25 for a two topping large pizza?! I never in my life have ever not been able to finish one slice of pizza... it was that disgusting. Flavorless... barely any sauce... under cooked and greasy. $50 tab and completely unsatisfied with Pizza Hut. Close your doors already, I think your time is up.

I am not a pizza person in general ,but their pan pizza with grilled chicken is amazing and the dough flavor is like nowhere else . I am more than satisfied with the order . Thanks guys ,you do good job !
If I could put 10 stars I would, I ordered for carryout and the pizza and cheese sticks were hot and ready by the time I got there, the staff was polite and my first bite brought me back to my childhood instantly. EASILY BETTER THAN DOMINOS.

Ordered online to be delivered to our work ordered 4 pizzas and mine got kicked out and I called to have them fix it and the manger was roud and hung up on me and I never got my pizza fixed or ordered a new one. Will never order from here again !!!!

Dine-in shouldn’t be an option here until management gets things fixed. Came here for dinner and although the staff was actually very nice, this place was in bad need of an overhaul. There were no dishes, ice or fountain drinks. The pizza and breadsticks we ordered came in delivery boxes and they only had bottled drinks, including water. A staff member said the ice machine had been broke for a while. Basically it was delivery indoors.There was also nothing but pizza related items on the menu ( no salads or anything for someone on a diet). Not all the lights were on and the tvs were off too. Lastly the bathrooms were pretty in need of a make over too. Guessing they make a lot on phone orders because the inside is basically closed. Again the staff were nice and seemed to be doing their best. This to me felt more like a management issue to resolve…Dietary restrictions: Not really any obvious options if on a diet.

The food was great, but they door dashed the order without even contacting me first. I was ordering from Pizza Hut, expecting a Pizza Hut delivery driver just like every other time I've ordered for my whole life. The dasher could not even find my apartment (even after I texted them specifics) and just left my food in the lobby and texted said it was there, then texted again to say it was confirmed that it was handed to me. It was never handed to me or confirmed I even got my order. Very poor customer service. This random person delivered my food, that I never even got to meet, there were not even safety stickers on the boxes.

We're new to Lake Geneva so this is the 1st time we've been to this pizza hut. We at in. Our food came to us in take out cardboard boxes. We had paper plates, no condiments available. Soda and water came in bottles. I don't order pizza delivery. I don't like what the cardboard box does to it. The pizza was limp and didn't taste very good. There are expectations when you dine in. I'm guessing bottled soda/water also means no refills. We didn't stay long enough to find out.It appears this owner is getting by as cheap as possible and still charging as much as he/she can. Shame on Pizza Hut Corp. for not keeping a better eye on their franchises.We won't be back.
