The food was great, but they door dashed the order without even contacting me first. I was ordering from Pizza Hut, expecting a Pizza Hut delivery driver just like every other time I've ordered for my whole life. The dasher could not even find my apartment (even after I texted them specifics) and just left my food in the lobby and texted said it was there, then texted again to say it was confirmed that it was handed to me. It was never handed to me or confirmed I even got my order. Very poor customer service. This random person delivered my food, that I never even got to meet, there were not even safety stickers on the boxes.

Delivery was fast and quality was great! Thank you for not forgetting the ranch. (The wife is pregnant and if we didn’t get ranch it would have been catastrophic)

The pizza was cold and it lacked it flavor and sauce. The delivery was kept within the predicted time and she was good but again it was horrible pizza. Definitely won't be ordering from here again.

Restaurant is dirty, bathroom door didn't even lock and I walked in on someone. Pizza and breads sticks were burned and tasted horrible. They were almost inedible. Definitely not worth the $20+ we paid. Would rather eat a $3 store bought frozen pizza.

My friends and I had about 2 beers each and invited the delivery boy to a beer bong. It was a sarcastic gesture, but he played along. He didnt stick around long after killing 2 of them. He went to his next drop off and the next day we heard he got a DUI. Breadsticks are the best on Tuesdays.

who charges someone $77 dollars for two pizzas and wings and it was an online deal and I was told that they do not honor online deals. I had ordered three pizzas and I only received two pizzas. This is not acceptable!!!

It was July 4 weekend and we were heading out for boating. We placed a large order at Pizza Hut and as usual at this location they came through and fulfilled everything that we had ordered. It was extremely busy but they did such a great job making sure our order was correct and completed on time for our boat ride. Especially during Covid restrictions and staff shortages all over nationally, they fulfilled all my expectations and accommodated all our dietary restrictions. Thank you Christina and Rachel for your hard work and hustle!

Apparently lake geneva pizza hut provides daycare for there employees they let them go to work with them and they get to run around like it's there personal play ground was there on Sunday November 29th very annoying no of the kids had masks on but we have to? Lol no wonder why they don't get many customers I hear from another employee they do that all the time.so if you need a job and want to bring your kids this is the job for you!!!

*WARNING EVERYONE*: Pizza Hut is sneaking in extra charges on their website and the website tells you it's because of additional things YOU added, even though we didn't add anything. When my mom called to order over the phone, the person said they won't match deal prices on their OWN website. They were going to charge us an extra $10 for NO reason! Don't get ripped off!
Rude, slow service. It seems like if a restaurant is giving a customer a free pizza because of previous poor service, the staff would try to give better service when the customer is trying to order again.

We place tons of orders with this place, sometimes a couple times a week. It's the closest Pizza Hut to us so This is usually our go to place. The pizzas are usually hit or miss. Sometimes we get decent pizzas, but we've also had pizzas that were completely terrible. Despite the terrible pizzas, the manager always makes sure you're taken care of. Today was amazing though. Our pizza looks great and also scored with an extra marinara. We usually always get a stuffed crust, sometimes the crust is flat or has no crust flavor. I would like to see them put more on though, it definitely lacks in some flavor in my opinion. I think the manager was working on the oven today so it seems like that's where he should stay. Keep up the great work!

Ordered online and got to the store to pick up my order and there is a big no concealed carry sign on the front door. Had i known, I never would have ordered as I don't do business with people that infringe on my rights. No CCW, no business.

This was the worst time I have ever had. They were so short staffed customers were serving others. We got our drinks after we we done eating the little bit of food they put out and we also never did get forks and napkins
