We came from Florida every year to Lake Geneva, we love this place, the soups and the sandwiches are great, but today Sunday Nov 5 very disappointed w all staff kind a rude, dinner and tables are not clean at 3pm, fountain machine doesn’t work, not crackers for the soup. Staff they only standing in front the cashier.

3 people on a shift and only one person is helping the customers. You can lift those chairs when you have no line and there is nobody sitting in your dining

Was ignored by staff with no other customers in the restaurant. Stood at the counter for an online order, patiently, while one sat down to eat. Was absolutely ignored for nearly 5 mins with no verbal contact or even eye contact. *Edit.... Thank you for replying! I was in today and had great service!

super rude staff and did not have pickup order ready until 15 minutes after scheduled time. their drink machine was broken and looked to be for a while (sign taped to the front saying "DOES NOT WORK". yikes!
Disgusting! I do not make reviews often.. but wow. that was extremely disappointing.. my chicken salad salad was gross to say the least. 3 drinks were out on the fountain, the floor was covered in food and trash behind the counter. the staff was not friendly, especially the guy taking orders.. definitely will not be coming back again.

Ordered through grub hub and assumed everything went through fine. They decided to close early on Father's Day but didn't let us know they were closing. When we got there to pick up our food, they told us they were closed and they wouldn't make us the food we ordered. Honestly the situation wasn't great, but the attitudes of the employees were even worse. No apologies or offers to make it right, just wanted us out of there. I'd say pass on this place and go to a local establishment that cares about their customers.

First sandwich had hair in it. ? Asked for another one, it also had hair in it after being told they will be more careful. If you work in food industry and have long hair just wear a hair net (hint for the guy with long black hair).Waiting to see if we will get the promised refund.
